I had a synthetic wig last longer than this wig. I ordered a headband wig from this company. The first 3 times I wore it, it was great but after that it started to get really dry extra fast. The hair is so stiff and tangled. First and only time ordering from this company. The YouTube influencers must get sent different hair.

I love my first purcahse from this company. It is beautifully made, love the hair. Exceed my expectations. It is my first purchase but will be never the last.

I've been ordering from RPG since 2018. I'm very picky with everything, and for the MOST part, I have been satisfied with each purchase. Only two wigs in all the years I've ordered from RPG where I was upset with my wig did not come out looking not even close to the photo, and was upset I paid such a large amount of money, only to have to pay even more money to get the wig redone/fixed. Aside from that, I've loved every unit I have ordered. The units I've gotten lasted me a decent time, (as far as shedding goes). Was always healthy. If you take care of your hair properly, it will last. I have a skin disorder and with that, am very sensitive with things that touch my skin, and the lace on their units blends so well, people never know I'm wearing a wig, and it does not irritate my skin. I think that if you take the time to learn how to style and instal your wig, you can make anything work, but I love the quality of RPG's wigs. I would only have to say the only thing I am disappointed with, is I wish they had more variety or options with longer length/inches. And if you do decide to make a customized ordered with longer inches, it takes a LONG time to receive that order because it's longer. Can't wait until the option for longer inches to be added with the rest of the options. And still being able to receive it in a decent time as a normal order. Aside from that, RPG is always my first choice & go to with wigs. And whenever I have had to deal with customer service, they have always met my needs, and were great with response time. Also, not to mention, I have never failed to receive compliments on my hair, and it never fails that people don't even notice it's a wig. I have many more photos but here are just a few.

I never received my order however they sure took my money! No response when e-mail them. I'm very upset.

I would give this company a zero if the site allowed. I can personally say that this company is not legit and has deceptive practices. First, note that this company is located in China, had I known that it was not based in the US I would not have made my order. This fact is not advertised on their website.
Second, I cancelled my order with the RPGSHOW two months ago due to poor customer service/response time.

I have email receipts from them in writing stating that they will refund me back my money. I paid them through afterpay, which paid them in full so when the order was cancelled they never refunded the money back to afterpay who would then refund me back my partial
Payment. Because I went through a third party Afterpay they tried to get me to pay back the money that RPGSHOW stole from them. Luckily I contacted my bank, BBB, and now the Attorney Generals office on afterpay and RPGSHOW because the issue is ongoing. I really regret ever using RPGSHOW. Normally an honorable company would give the money back to the third party/afterpay but this company decided to steal the money.

I am one of those people who contemplated buying a wig from RPGshow after watching numerous youtube gurus do reviews of the wigs. Despite many of the negative comments, I decided to take a leap of faith and ordered a wig from their sales site to start with. Let me tell you, that was the dumbest thing I did, and I threw 250 dollars down the drain. When the wig first arrived it looked decent and somewhat realistic I guess, but idk I always think they look "wiggy," but then again I'very never really worn wigs. I decided to go natural a few months ago and wearing wigs I decided would be my protective style. I did not co wash the hair upon receiving it so the wig looked fine, so I stupidly cut the lace. After washing the wig 2 weeks later, the problems began. The wig shed like crazy, it was frizzy, and would not hold a curl. It looked terrible and I was embarrassed to be seen in in. I contacted RPGSHOW to report the problems and Wendy let's me know that first of all the hair was Remy hair (so not completely human), and recommend that I deep conditioned it. After I showed her proof of how horrible the hair was she had the audacity to say that I was showing her picfures of a different wig. She refuses to meet me halfway or alleviate my disdain for this company at this point. This was the worst shopping experience and I would steer clear of that company. The wig will not be worth the money you spend trust me.
RPGSHOW IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
