I've been with this company since 2019. My units have lasted a long time especially when I take care of them properly. The customer service is great and a strong factor of why I have stuck with this company. They have always answered any questions or concerns I've had. They also care about their customers, I get emails from them not only when there's a sale or when I order units but they will ask if there is any suggestions or improvements they feel they should look into to create a strong rapport with their customers. I've recommended this company to many of friends and get many compliments on my units

I made contact with Tina at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days later…not sure who's unit and was advised that if it was ok…it would ship and I would get tracking information…this is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checking…this is Chinese new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for Chinese new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom line…this company cares nothing whatsoever about their customers…only their money…save yours and shop somewhere else.

I purchase the beautiful highlighted wig to wear to work mostly. The highlights are perfect and not too loud for work. And the hair texture is very realistic. My only drawback is that after a month you can experience lots of shedding and I try my best to prevent it because of course I want my wig to last long. Overall very realistic wig and they followed my customization requests perfectly such as cutting layers into my wig before shipping. I am a repeat customer.

I really wanted to love this wig. The color was absolutely beautiful. I immediately got on the phone and I told my sister. I told her stop looking I found the go to place. Just a week later, the hair quality showed its ugly face, literally. This wig it's horrible hair quality, it is a horrible matted mess. I don't sleep in my wigs, I don't get how a "well known company, RPG Show" has such low quality products. I have been purchasing wigs for years, this wig is in the top 5 worse. I literally threw $500 out the window. If this wig is a one out of a million fluke, I have the worse luck in the world. Im glad stopped my sister's purchase, her cart was almost $700, if she hit pay I would have felt horrible.

Placed an order, canceled it WITHIN 15 min! Immediately emailed company that I would like to cancel because you can't find anywhere in order details to cancel. Spoke with an agent and she said no problem they will cancel. 4 hours later at 2 am I get another email from a lady saying my order is already processed. Liars! I am livid, I hope this company goes under absolutely disgusting business practices. And why is there no phone number to call and speak to someone. It's obviously a china company.

I would like to first say, that their customer service assistance, was helpfulness and diligent with this purchase and concerns. I really do appreciate all the effort, attention and time that went into my purchase. Secondly, I can say that I'm greatly satisfied. My wig was sent with care, timely shipping. Again I wanted to thank them for the high level of customer service. Got a lot of compliments.

I ordered my wig. Weeks later they sent me a tracking number. The same day I clicked the tracking number it said delivered to a city I do not live in. Thank God I used PayPal. I had to file a claim. I am still waiting. They stopped responding to my emails.

I enjoyed purchasing hair products with this company. The quality of the hair did not disappoint me. Everyone loved my wavy glue-less highlights! I am satisfied with my order and will be placing another order!

I am absolutely in love with my wig I just received. I am a regular when it comes to RPGSHOW their quality never disappoints! They are so versatile as I can always opt to go glueless or for a super secure look I can choose glue, either way I love these wigs.

I have previously done sew ins with natural hair $300-$400 bundles. I thought I'd give my hair a break from all of the tension & pulling on my hair and try wigs. I made the uninformed decision of thinking "the more expensive the better" and tried this company. At first I thought the hair density and cap fit was bad due to my inexperience of knowing what to order. By my 3rd wig (2 kinky straight textured upart wigs and 1 lacefront, after having to remove tracks & sew to fit my head, even after selecting the lowest hair density and cap size I realized it's them not me. The wigs are extremely unnatural in both fit and hair distribution/thickness. I just got a U Part from Dolahair for 1/2 the price ($150) it fits perfectly and has a natural hair density without having to go through a bunch of questions that rpg asks then still customizing it myself to make it fit & lay the way it should. Based on my experience, I would never order from here again!

I ordered a wig from RPGSHOW that cost $399.00. Received wig and it looked terrible. I ordered 10 in but it was extremely too long on one side, did not look like the picture on the internet that was being advertised. I immediately emailed them to get return address, for either exchange or money returned. I get responses back telling me that I can restyle, shampoo and I might like it. I called the telephone number listed and left message for someone to call me about this matter. No one has returned call to me. It is useless trying to deal with these people. I will now have to go through my bank to get my money back. This is a scam company! Beware of ordering from them because if there are any issues with the product you will not be able to resolve it with them.

I looked through several youtube videos of really nice wigs that are supposed to be from RPG show. I finally decided on one and ordered it. It arrived in a busted up box from China. The hair quality was TERRIBLE. The hair is human blend but they advertised 100% human hair. The unit was supposed to be 12 inches long but some areas is 3-4 inches long.The unit was not as pictured on their site or in the youtube videos. When I went onto the page to get the return form it had been removed. I emaled RPG show several times and they refuse to give me the address to return the wig unless I first send them pictures of it. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. It took me 6 weeks to finally get my $300 + back. Honestly, they have better wigs in your local wig shop. The wigs advertised on youtube were FREE units that RPG sent out for advertisement but not what you will receive as a paying customer.

I ordered a curly lace wig unit for an upcoming vacation, and let's just say I was extremely disappointed. The wig was absolute trash. I could get a better unit on Aliexpress. Atleast you know what to expect with them. 500 dollars wasted! The curly unit I received was of several different curl patterns. The hair was advertised as silky, but what I got was a mix of silky with kinky and doll type hair. Just straight trash. They only send good units to paid wig reviewers. Never, ever will I waste my hard earned cash on a trash company like RPG show.

The quality of Rpgshow's wigs are just okay. In the last five years or so, quality of so-called lace-front wigs has gone way down in general, with even the costly high-density wigs having very large and very visible holes.
Basically, having tried several wigs from several sites, including Amazon, they're all the same very so-so quality, with very discernable knots and lace, particularly if you don't want to be forced to perform a bald-cap, glue-to-your-head process (yuck).
Back to rpgshow. So with their clearance items, you just may, as I did, get a stretched-out wig that seems to have suffered great atrocities. Rpgshow gets to get hundreds of dollars, while you may end up, as I did, with something that looks like unwearable road kill and to be freed from your hundreds of dollars. I have a $300-plus what looks like a dead animal in my home now.
Styling versatility is great, but I'd say save your money. If you're going for what is mediocre lace anyway, rather than your paying for Rpgshow or even Hairvivi to pay bunches of "influencers" to promote subpar wigs, you may as well save a few hundred and get an Amazon unit.
If nothing else, do beware and be smarter than I was and avoid Rpgshow's clearance items. They'll sell you whatever trash may have been returned, and you'll be out of a few hundred bucks.
I hope my mistake saves others.

I had a horrific pixie cut gone wrong, and I thought this wig would be the answer.
1) The smell
The smell was atrocious, there is no way that I could put this wig on my head with as bad as it smelled.
2) The color
I had picked out a very nice light brown wig with blonde highlights. The wig that ride was not light brown. It was more black and it was not blonde highlights. It was more like an ash, which made it look like gray highlights
3) The fit
No matter what I did I could not get this wig to stay on and look natural. I tried with a wig cap I tried without the wig cap I tried, smashing my hair down with gel, tried wetting it. I've tried everything it would not fit my head.
Overall, I am not impressed with the amount of money that I spent on a wig that was not even close to expectations. And you can only return the wig within seven days without doing anything to the wig itself. I am no longer eligible for a refund! Of course, I had to wash the wig because it was disgusting, I had to trim the lace to see if I could get it to work at all, which I couldn't…. Moral of the story you can only return an RPG wig. If you literally take it out of the box and immediately put it back in the box.
I definitely do not recommend RPG, and will never buy another wig from them.
