DermStore is a scam. I've had so many issues. They sent used product. They put duplicate charges on my credit card. Dermstore.com charge me multiple times and tried to blame it on me. The customers service is horrible. They will hang up the phone after you've waited 5 minutes just to speak with someone. I will never order from Dermstore again I'm done for good. I had to open a fraud case with my bank

Always excellent customer service online and instore. I've been shopping with Madewell for six years never had a bad experience.

Opening Ceremony sell really expensive clothes but if something doesn't fit they charge the customer shipping to return or exchange the product. No matter the cost (my order $560). I will not order from OpeningCeremony.us website again.

Oh and it'll take them close to a month to refund your credit card once they get the return.

I ordered a wig from rpgshow.com last week. My first purchase from this vendor. I'm in complete shock. Dye inside the cap. Tons of split ends. The wig smells awful. Shedding. See the photos for yourself. I thought maybe i could fix the issues but this hair will not even curl.

Vendor never sent the hair. She charged me for insurance. She stole the money i paid for the hair. Then she filed an insurance claim and stole that money.

I wish I would have known about a stop payment at the time. I filed a police report aganist this site.

Terrible customer service. No update on my order for 6 days. Finally called and was told makeup and skincare takes longer to be shipped. Rep says it could be another week. Then she begin to blatantly lie about my order date.

I requested to speak with a manager, the rep ressponded "there is no manager". She then hung up the telephone in my face. I requested the order be canceled. Still no response.

Swanson Vitamin manipulate their reviews on their site. If you don't like a product and leave a negative review the will not post it. They only post positive reviews about their products.

Their organic unrefined coconut oil was like vaseline compared to Spectrums unrefined coconut oil.
