Until today's date January 5,2024, I have not yet received anything, I am still waiting for my order #******* which was made on December 4,2023, I have sent you several emails and no response, no number to track my order, nothing, I'm really disappointed I hope you will be able to send me my order, i made an order for $538.33 my order #*******, it's a steal, refund me my money or send my order
I am extremely disappointed with this company. They make you pay up front and when you don't like your portrait they won't give a refund. Do not use this company they have no integrity.
The picture was terrible and they did not make the very simple changed I asked for. I did not order the item, and they charged me anyway.
They did not respond to my inquires.

I ordered in August, never got my product and after many months of inquiring about my order, never got one word back. Company is a bust. They closed and opened a new one called Turn Me Royal, I wouldn't trust them either.
There would be too many F words to write a review here. I got scammed last year when I ordered two portraits. They have the audacity to restart the business now 4/2021 and the dumb F's texted me about the launch. Of course when I tried the number it's non working. Total scam! If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I ordered a portrait in October 2020 and didn't hear from them for several months. We reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and through email about 15 times before anybody EVER responded. They sent a preview and promised it would be sent within a week, but now it's almost March and we still haven't heard back. I tried reaching out on Instagram again, and I got blocked. We finally went through our bank and got a refund, but the company is a total scam. Please don't buy anything!
Worst service ever. 2 months and still waiting. No product delivered and no contact. Refusal from agent to refund me.
My place my order on December 12 now January 26 still didn't get my order. It not responding what they said..
I spent $120 on a portrait that never arrived. They gave me a series of woefully lies about shipping, changing to a new agent, Covid delays and postal delays.
But they continue to claim to supply a product in a few weeks on the site. I also went to their page and chatted online with 2 people on live chat as a potential customer-more lies about supplying me for a UK order in only a few weeks.
Scam from beginning to end.
I ordered from them in Novemeber for my sons funeral paid for expedited service and shipping it was to arrive intime for the service by Dec 3-5th and I STILL HAVE NOTHING AND HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL OF MY EMAILS SINCE NOV. ***SCAM****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THE WORST DESPICABLE SERVICE WHO FUNCRION CONPLETELY ILLEGALLY. THIS IS CRIMINAL. WHO IGNORES AN ORDER FOR A SONS FUNERAL, OR ANY PAYING CUSTOMER? Please file complaints with all your governing authorities this is illegal.
Absolute scam! Order on 31st October for a Christmas gift and have heard nothing. Have emailed numerous times, none of which have been replied to! Don't waste your money on this company.
Absolute scam, ordered 4 months ago and have received nothing yet. Reported them to the FTC, BBB. This company is literally robbing people blind and no one is doing anything about it. On FB and Instagram they delete all of the negative reviews and will block you if you leave anything negative. I can't believe this is going unchecked.
They are a Scam/Fraud
Scam. I'm shocked that Instagram and Facebook are allowing these people to continue to advertise. My painting never arrived. I have been back and forth with support and they keep lying to me, saying that it's being worked on then they stopped replying to me. I am working with VISA to charge back the order.
Stay away from this company.
