Took them almost 1 week to ship out the product citing a delay due to missing pieces. I needed the chess pieces for my niece's birthday but missed it. Also they ship out from India so it needs to be taken into account. The pieces were exceptionally crafted though. The website should mention the possible delay a customer may experience to avoid such instances.
