I've ordered several times now from R-S and find the website usually very helpful with descriptions of the jewelry. My latest order included a magnetic clasp/safety chain accessory for an antique bracelet I've had for many years. Unfortunately the loop and hook ends of the accessory don't fit the ends of the bracelet--are too small in diameter to attach to the bracelet. I can use the accessory on another bracelet, but I'd like to have known the diameter size before I ordered.

It was arrived promptly as a beautiful graduation gift for my granddaughter!

The customer experience was great, however the ring I received was not a good one for my fingers. I felt the pictures could have been better to show the proportion of wires in the ring. They were thinner than I expected and therefore I'm returning it.

Description did not disclose the size of the cross on the necklace. The actual is smaller than I thought.

I ordered an necklace and earrings and the initials supposed to have been "TAT" and instead of it being what I ordered the product came "TTA" so I'm very unhappy with how much money this was and it was incorrect

The gold is a bit brighter than expected. The blue topaz stone is eye catching! I will enjoy wearing the ring when I go out. It's not an everyday ring. Fits well. I'm happy!

Sad item not in stock would have preferred gold. Not anymore to say

I love the selection at Ross Simon's and I can always find something within range to meet my gift buying needs.

Overall it's a nice ring. The larger stones are milky in appearance but the smaller diamonds sparkle.
