The delivery was super fast I definitely did not expect to get the machine less than 10 days after the purchase considering I live in a country that is super far away.
It does a very good job of exfoliating my skin, and helps the bumps that form on my arms. Shipping was a little slow but, overall I'm satisfied with my purchase

SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only they did not ship my Order, but they disappeared and stopped replying to my email as soon as I let them know I was still waiting for it. They told me I would receive an update in 1-2 business days... Now, more than 15 business days later, they still havent replied to all the e-mails I sent them. They are shameless and clerly a SCAM and fraud company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Great customer service & love my device! I'm only on week 2 of using this device & I can see that less hair has grown back in the places I've used the IPL device.
My only complaint is that it took almost a month to receive the order without any communication on the delays. I ordered my product on 3/13 and did not receive the package until 4/13.
The shipment was delay, but ok at the end. I have 3 days with my handset so i can´t give a great experience yet, but if everything goes well i´ll give you 5 stars and all my grattitude.
Order was Easy and arrived fairly quick. The box was severely damaged, I am assuming happened in transit and not before shipping, though the product seems but to be damaged.
