I have been shopping online here for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. Approved for excellent customer service as well. Much easier online shopping. The delivery process was a bit slow, but the shoes were worth it.
WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!
Great website presence for Roselinlin. But Items are not as shown, poor quality fabric. Like disposable clothes. This company is China based evidently a subsidiary of SRFashion. See their Facebook reviews... for yourself.
I ordered 10 items but received 7. I contacted Roselinlin customer service, multiple times. They promised a refund but wanted me to drop the claim first PayPal was not much help either. I have put in a claim with VISA. The refund promised was short of the correct amount but I have yet to receive it, a month later. Clothes may look great on the site but in good conscience I cannot recommend Roselinlin to others.
Tip for consumers:
Do not depend on shipping from China.
Customer service is online and are not reliable.
Fabrics are thin.
All linen type fabrics will require ironing and possibly starching for wear after laundering.

I have not used any yet, saving for travel.
I have yet to receive anything from this company, have been waiting over 2 months, and I know Covid is somewhat responsible.
However, I did get an email response about an order. I ordered a medium dress but received confirmation that is was a 'medium plus size.' When I asked if I could return it since I am not a plus size person, the response was "It is M size. Plus size is just the title."
If I do ever receive it, as two shirts I ordered have never shown up, it will be interesting to see the size of the dress.

I did receive the merchandise. It took a month and I did receive an email after I contacted customer service.
I ordered a shirt and a pillow. The shirt was OK a bit small. The pillow came as a flat, folded pillow case. Nowhere in the description or pictures does it look like a pillow case. So my advise is to check closely the description.

I have ordered several times and have been satisfied with the clothes. This time the shirt that came to me did not fit me. They responded immediately and resolved quickly. That was more than nice saving me a trip to the post office. Good people in this online boutique.

I ordered what I though was correct size based on the size chart provided and I was just looking to exchange the items for a different size but since I was a few days past the 15 day return limit they would not accommodate the exchange. It took 17 days for the order to be delivered but I was only give 15 days for the return. This return policy is very stringent 15 days is insufficient. This policy is in very small print on the receipt that I received but you have to dig through the website to find the policy. This is very disappointing, I will never shop this site again.

Incredible service for the sale of new clothes on the internet, great quality. I bought 4 shirts to start! I have no regrets, great shopping experience.
I liked the images and inexpensive options on the site. 8 weeks later still missing two items ordered. REQUESTED REFUND AND ADVISED IT WOULD BE UP TO A MONTH FOR REFUND TO OCCUR. THINK THEY BANK ON CLIENTS FORGETTING WHAT THEY ORDERED, OR FORGETTING REFUND REQUEST. Not operating in good faith. Items received subpar. Won't ever order again.

I would advise all the fashionistas to shop on this website. It is a wise investment because all the clothing in it is of high quality. They don't rip you off when you're in a cat fight, they don't let you down when you run, and they never make you look fat.
I ordered 3 summer dresses in size medium. Two of them were absolutely huge and should have been sized as extra-large. I won't be buying from them again. Also, the fabric was of very poor quality.

I think this small made from china clothing gig has many other location under different names. I was concidering ordering from but read the reviews and by the looks of the clothing and time it takes to get the purchased product and the way the company handles customer service I will never order from them. Nice try but if it takes five months to get a order not interested and when contacting customer service there should always be a line of communication especially if your taking someones money. The clothing is so poorly made one item is still hanging in the closet. A pair of panths orderd had the pockets sewn in backwards.

Don't order form here. The products look nice on line but are cheap. I ordered a 3x to allow for shrinkage and the 3x was really a size medium.

I ordered 3 clothing items and 1 jewelry item from Roselinlin. One clothing item was too big and too clothing items were too tight and unflattering on me. I emailed for a return label to return the items. They said the items need to be returned to China and would agree to give me 15% of my items I wanted to return and I could donate or give them away. I asked for a return label and went to the post office and it would cost me $27 to return 2 items to China. Needless to say I am giving away or donating the items. The one dress that was way too big, I took in myself. As I told Roselinlin, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from this company again. The two T-shirts, one was cute but too long and tight, and the other one was really think material and too long on me. The fact that you can't return items or pay to ship them to China is not a company I want to deal with.

I placed an order Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, less than 48 hours later I found out I was getting laid-off. Roselinlin charged me a 15% cancellation fee and seems to indicate it will take well over a week to get my money back. Below is part of the response they sent me.
The order has been cancelled here successfully with 15% cancellation fee.
We will process the refund to your original payment method in one week for you.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

The statement on the site says that returns are easy. Well that is if you wish to send them to China. Which they do not state on their site. Sizing is a bit wonky- waist might fit in pants but legs are to narrow.
After finding returns have to go back to China you are offered 15% of the original price. So it's like getting a discount after the fact for an item that doesn't fit. Yay! (Sarcasm)
I wish I would've checked reviews first. That have no reviews on the site- that should've given me an idea! Buyer beware.

The clothes are cute. However, when you buy online, sizing is not always straightforward and being able to exchange to adjust the size of a garment is crucial. With Roselinlin, I first waited more than 2 months to receive my 2 pieces of clothing (arrived separately) and then found out that if I want to exchange the pants because they are way too big, I'd have to pay for the shipment to China... Not worth the money and another 2-months wait--cheap, cute clothes like this are everywhere and Amazon has free returns...

I ordered 3 tops and pants. Only two tops came and they are too small. I wear medium and they are a perfect fit. I'm an Asian born in Canada. I asked about returns and it's so convoluted. They said they could give me 15% which will pay for having the clothing fixed so they will fit. The seams are non existent and can't be opened. Don't buy these clothes... what a joke. They don't look like the pictures either.

Order clothes for the next season as the current season will be gone by the time your clothes arrive. I placed my order mid May and just got it Aug 12. One item is still hasn't been processed and yes, I contacted my bank! I understand it's COVID but dang, 3 months? Their customer service responds quickly, which is good, but they still can't make yours clothes come any sooner. Clothes quality, not so good. The clothes are inexpensive and the quality shows why. One top's material feels like a thin waterproof rain slicker, another top snags to the touch, and one top started to melt when I tried to take some wrinkles out using a steamer set on low. Pic included. Sizes do run exactly like the size chart says so that was not an issue. I, however, will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a couple of tops for about $90 and the shipping was $18. It's already costed 20% of the order. Then I got email for a delivery delay for two weeks. When it's finally arrived, the quality of the fabrics was very poor and I had to return them all. I sent them for a return authorization and they emailed me back with 40% discount if I decide to keep the items. I just didn't want to see them in my drawers and told them to tell me how I proceed for a return. They emailed me again with an offer of 55 % discount. I was disgusted. Do they not understand why I want to return the items? I finally printed out their return address in CA and sent a package back to them which costed me another $11. I will not buy anything from them ever again!
