Website functionality was good. Delivery time was multiple days over the 5-8, though it was an estimate, I guess. The layers of wood from my product (which I received about two weeks ago, and have not touched since) are already coming apart. I'm going to have to use wood glue to put them back together. For this to come apart after two weeks, I feel as if I've wasted money. Never shopping on this site again.
I ordered the flower box for Mother's Day but never received it. They omitted the apt Number in the shipping label and as a result, The package was returned to sender. They offered to resend the box for an additional $15. When I asked for a refund, Rosefeels refused to give me a refund.

I never received a product. I ordered it in April we're now in June. They said they were going to send it to me the fastest way possible. When I still haven't received it I looked into the company. I saw several other people that had said they never received their merchandise. I'm very disappointed it was supposed to be for a Mother's Day gift.
The product itself is beautiful and I love it however, I paid for 2 day shipping and expedited processing and my order took over a month to arrive. When I received the tracking information, it informed me the package would not arrive for 2 more weeks which is not what I paid for.
