I waited over a month to receive this frame with a heart made out of roses paid about $80 dollars for it and it arrived broken I am extremely upset over this.

It did not get there for moms day I think they were overwhelmed but it is nice now

Awesome gift. Great price. Delivery took way too long. >30 days. I had to reach out for an update. If company is going to not fulfill order in time they should notify customer. Missed Mother's Day but it did arrive in one piece.

Overall it was easy to customize and place our order. We didn't get too many updates and it felt like it took a while to be shipped (but that is how it goes with custom order products). In the end we did get a notification when it shipped and we received it in the original delivery window proposed at the time of the order.

My parcel was super super late and in the wrong colour. I also have not received the other half of my parcel yet either. When I tried to get into contact they took forever to reply.

I still have not received the product after ordering it a month ago. They never updated me on when I would receive it and so I reached out and they sent me a tracking number 3 weeks after ordering it. I won't be ordering anything else from this company.

Ordered my product on May 3rd, in the description it said 4-6 business days for production. Wanted it here for mother's day so I upgraded my shipping to 3 day shipping. Product didn't get out of production for 20 days, that is 14 business days. Didn't ship for days afterwards and then didn't receive it until June 3rd! How is that okay? Then opened it to find the smallest, saddest looking planter, that can barely hold anything! So disappointed and utterly disgusted. This was a gift and for the amount that I spent ($72.80) I feel that I was robbed. Would never recommend to anyone. A full refund would be nice but highly doubt it will happen.

I paid for 3 day shipping and it took 18 days to arrive. The small figurines were covered in cheap flaky spray paint and 3 broke immediately.

Great product paid extra to get it sooner but it still showed up after the free delivery date. Other than that it was a good experience

I ordered a simple picture for my Mother in Law for Mother's day on May 3. It hadn't even been made by Mothers day almost two weeks later, and now on June 3rd she still doesn't have it. This is something that I regret ordering and should have stuck with something local, I had no idea this would ship from China. It's stuck waiting to be picked up somewhere, needing a signature. No more information was provided. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will never shop here again.

Didn't come in time and poor quality. For the same price you can get a better product on Etsy.

Nice design, however it takes a while to receive it. I did not realize it was going to be shipped Internationally.

Shopping online was the easy part, but then there is the wait! I picked out a present for my mom for mother's day about a week before mother's day. Knowing I was cutting it close I noticed they had expedited shipping (3 days), which I paid extra for just to make sure she got it in time. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS! It still takes them a long time to make the product. I emailed them when I found out she hadn't gotten the gift, which I was upset about. They said it is still in manufacturing and that the expedited shipping is for once they ship it out. It is now June, and she just got in a few days ago... Even when it shipped out, it still took longer than 3 days. Pretty gift, but takes forever.

Looks beautiful, but it arrived after Mothers Day. I just wish I would've know that before, that would be the only complaint I have. Otherwise, love the product looks amazing.

The site was very easy to use and the product mock-up was very realistic. Shipped before I expected it and the final product was better than expected. Great gift!

I ordered a gift for Mother's Day. The site stated 4-8 business days for shipping. The company has a California address listed, but the product comes from China. It is June 3 and I still have not received my order.

I have not been updated about shipping or where my package is. I had to go thru multiple links in order to find out for myself. This was meant to be a Mother's Day gift but I still don't think she's received it. Very frustrated with this considering how much I paid for it.
