Overall, I'm happy with what I purchased. It was as advertised but took almost one month to receive. After nine days of no movement on their site, I contacted them and got the distinct impression that my order had been misplaced. The tracking program 17Track took several minutes to load every time I opened it. Others may have had a better overall experience.

Not at all like pictured. Teeny tiny engraving. Can't even read it. Very disappointing.

Ordered on April 28, received on June 3rd. Took way too long. When I finally got it, it was damaged. Way overpriced. Paid $65 for small cheap plywood. Shabby. Wish I could add a picture so you could see the damage. So disappointed.

I liked my product but I did find typos in the poem it had but other than that it came out great and the shipping was late but

I paid extra for expedited processing and shipping and my order took a month to arrive.
The items is also much smaller than expected.

I ordered this gift for my Mother's 80th birthday in the beginning of April and received it mid-May, after her birthday party. When I opened the package it was broken. So after all the waiting, I still cannot give it to my Mother and had to purchase another gift. I have asked for a refund and they will not help. They keep saying they will just make another one. I do not want another one, I just want my money back.

I ordered May 3rd for Mother's Day. It is now June 5th and they told me it just shipped. It is pointless now that Mother's Day has come and gone. They said they would give me an 8 dollar refund for inconvenience after 3 weeks and still haven't seen that either.

My order did not arrive in time for Mother's Day! When it arrived all the glass was broken!

I ordered a birthstone necklace for my mom for mother's day & she loved it.

Placed the order a week before Mother's Day expecting to receive it a few days after Mother's Day, at the latest. Received it almost 3 weeks later and 2 days after opening the package it fell apart.

Processing time takes weeks, then the tracking system updates slowly. Purchased during a Mother's Day promotion, delivered weeks after. Never using again.

The item was badly damaged but they are sending a new one

Item came so late after paying the $25.85 for three day shipping. Over 25 emails or te to with three people asking for te refund and when the itmem finally came it was damaged. I had to throw it away.

The overall quality of the item was much less than what is pictured on the website. The colors of the flowers seen on the website are beautiful. The actual item is cheaply printed onto low quality fabric and slightly blurry. Very poor quality.
Additionally, I ordered a 14 inch pillow. The cover I received was 14 inches, but the pillow to insert into the cover is 20 inches. It would never fit inside of a cover I ordered.
Very dissatisfied and would never order from this company again.

Besides long shipping, the item turned out nice. My wife was happy with the custom order of the piece.

I got my package a month late- it was a Mother's Day gift and then when we received it- it was completely broken. It looked like it had been dropped a bunch and not put together right. Terrible product!

Would have appreciated timely delivery as it was ordered for Mothers day. But it came late.
