Product was exactly as described. Shipping was terrible. Took a month to receive!

I chose to order a custom picture frame for my wife for Mothers Day, based on the ad they had on FB guaranteeing delivery by Mothers Day. I even paid an extra $25 for 2 day freight to make sure it arrived in time.

I didn't get my delivery until over 2 weeks after Mothers Day.

My emails went largely unanswered until recently. When I pressed them to (at minimum) refund the charge for the expedited 2-day freight, they declined to oblige on my request.

I certainly will not buy from RoseFeels ever again. I should have known when I saw this product comes from China.

This experience has been terrible. I ordered a gift - a personalized pillow- for mother's day 2 weeks before the holiday and here I am the second week in June with NO GIFT and no information about when it might arrive. I have emailed every few days to inquire about the status and to try to get any information and all the customer service person, Ivy, can tell me is that she'll let me know when she hears from the factory. I will be canceling my order and requesting a refund.

Didn't get what was advertised. It looked like metal flowers and it turned out to be white wood. There was also a frame around the edges that was not in the pictures.

The product was VERY late in being shipped to me. With no explanation for the delay.

It was ok will not order again due to no updates along the way

I payed extra for VIP service and my order still took over four weeks. Additionally, when it did arrive, the frame was broken! Extremely disappointed for the money that was paid.

The wait took a while but it was wotrtjj the wait so I'm not complaining my mom got her gift and started tearing up

100% happy with my purchase. It took awhile to import but the company kept good communication.

It came later than expected but the product was good quality and my Mother-in-law loved the gift

The idea was solid but very over priced. I wished they had said up front that it would take a month to get. Once the order was placed it was very difficult to find status updates.

Terrible experience. I ordered a shadow box for a Mother's day. I never received nor heard anything back for a month. Tracking status indicates that the order was never processed to begin with.

I received my order and it looks great! My order did take quite some time ship as it came from China and I did not realize. The woman I emailed was very helpful in getting my information as to the whereabouts of my order. Overall very pleasant experience.

Ordered the bobblehead figures (bride & groom) from a photo sent in. Figure looks nothing like the photo and took forever to arrive even though I paid for expedited shipping. Didn't realize it was being made in China or I wouldn't have ordered it. Way too expensive for what I received. Very disappointed.

I apparently didn't read very well. I ordered this April 28th for a Mother's Day present. It arrived June 2nd. The shipping in 4-8 days was misleading. The dimensions were smaller than I anticipated. However, the item was beautifully done and in great condition. Took a lot longer to arrive than I thought. Wasn't aware that I was ordering this internationally. Pleased with the product. I just need to pay more attention next time. Even though it was late my mother-n-law loved it!

Desired to have product for Mother's Day, but it came 3 weeks later, about 4 weeks in total. Understandable with the personalization, but there was not upfront communication. Only after the order was placed, then a week later and a couple weeks afterwards.
Though the plate is smaller than I thought it would be, my mom loves it!

I paid for three day shipping which was quite a bit more and it took considerably longer. Definitely ruined the surprise. The design of the product was good and stylish but the quality wasn't there. It is already coming apart and separating.

I ordered the item for mother's day the estimated arrival date was before that. When I emailed regarding it they said it was delayed because it was hand painted and to give more time. Now it is saying delivered but I never received it.
