Cheap product for the price. Looked and described better on website than actual product. Shipping was delayed because it comes from China. Should have mentioned that on the website. Would never order again from them.

Saw the product all over Facebook. Ordered May 9th for my wife for Mother's Day and paid 3 day shipping so I could receive on time. No communication around the status other than being processed so sent email, said it was coming. Finally got a tracking number and for the first 48 hours there was not update in the system for the shipping tracking. Got it finally on June 1st. Opened it and it was broken. Didn't come in a box (even though coming all the way from China)(should have ordered from an American manufacturer but many of these sellers cleverly disguise their real manufacturing facility). The product was wrapped in two sets of thin cushion. That's it. Would have been fine if you sent it in a box. Paid 26 dollars for shipping. If I would have known I wouldn't have ordered because for $26 shipping it should have been here before Mother's Day. Let them know about the shipping. Sending me the frame all over again but disassembled and I have to assemble it and said that the expedited shipping was on 7 dollars. I think my whole $26 should be refunded.

I placed this order for my wife for mother's day. Up until now, 30 days later almost, I've been pretty relaxed with understanding that with the holiday, there would be delays in receiving our order.

We did finally receive it today, but we are pretty upset with the outcome of this.

For an 100.00USD order, where u offer a "VIP" upcharge, then almost a month later we receive it with damaged corners, and separating wood. (The VIP got us NOTHING, it was late, damaged, not even glued properly).

This is disappointing that I have to not only be late but now the gift is damaged.(if there was an option id post images.)

The product was a lot smaller than described! Major disappointment!

Ordered two items, paid additional money for faster shipping and still received 3 weeks later and it wasn't even my order. Contacted them and still not resolved. Finally received my second order and thank goodness that one was correct. Get a response by email, it is just too much stress. Never ordering here again.

Ordered the flower shadow box for Mother's Day. Was very excited to give it to her, but waited over a month to get. So, mom had to wait. Upon opening the product, which came bubble wrapped and taped in a bag, not a box- found the plastic glass where it says MOM and her kids names was broken into a spider pattern. Really disappointed and defeated. Paying for this product and finding it damaged upon opening, was very discouraging. I then tried to find customer service, however, there is only an email to send concerns. So, who knows when I will be contacted back with an explanation, money back, or a replacement. Not very pleased with my experience.

The frame was broken when it arrived. Not sure what the shipping conditions were like but either way it was broken

I received my shipping number almost a full week after it was supposed to arrive with little to no notice. I had to talk to customer service to even get it. I am unsure if I will ever come back here again

It was very bad service may not ever order from them again took them over a month to give my order.

Product was not assembled properly. In check out, order said that it would get to me on time but I did express shipping and it was still weeks later than expected.

Ordered a shadowbox my 14 yr old liked for her mom. 31 days later the only thing We got is a reply to an email I sent asking when/if it was going to ship. The reply said please give us a few more days.

I placed my order over a month ago for Mothers Day gifts and still have not received my order. I've sent multiple emails only to repeatedly be told that my order is still in production. This is unacceptable as my credit card has already been charged and I was told I would have my order in hand within 18 business days. This company is a complete scam. Don't order anything from this website.

I like the product but I paid extra for 3day delivery but once the product shipped it took 5 days to get to me.

Was disappointed that I paid for 3 day shipping to receive before mother's day but it came 2 weeks after. I should have realized that the personalizing takes longer, but would have been nice if the website was clearer of the time it takes

I sent my mom a plate with the names of her six granddaughters on it. One of the names was doubled up so one was left off. I emailed the service department and they just said it would take several days to get a new one made because of an increase in orders, no apology or explanation. I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. We'll see if it ever actually comes.

The product I ordered was poorly made and broken when I received it.
