I ordered this product 2 weeks before Mother's day they had delivery options within 5 business days. Never bothered to state that production takes at least 30 business days needless to say the Mother's day Gift arrived a month late.

I couldn't figure out how to edit a personalized item once it was in my cart, that was super annoying. I didn't like that it didn't show a digital image of the selected items as a preview so I'm trusting the process (but i'm still annoyed by that). I hope it's worth the money.

UPDATE: I waited exactly 30 days (1 month) for my personalized order. The first time I inquired, they said it was the shipping +processing time. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally got notice the item was shipped, then waited, and waited, and waited again. Then I received an email it was delivered and it's never arrived.

I've tried to contact Rosefeels twice now and haven't gotten a response yet.

I ordered a pot for my mom for Mother's Day with all of the grandkids names and flowers. I ordered the basic shipping on May 2 and just received the package today, June 6th. Package and product were intact and I knew the pot would be small but the names are so small that no one else would know what they say, especially my mom. They are so small that I had to take a picture amd enhance it with my phone, they are still not clear though. The names and flowers could be significantly larger if you would utilize the entire pot and not try to fit it all on a 3 inch area. Not what I was hoping for at all, especially considering the wait time and cost.

Disappointed

Paid for all the add ons to get it expedited, showed up almost 3 weeks after I ordered. Paid for 3 day shipping, was more than a week. Product came in busted up and damaged, pretty much fell apart as we took it out of the package. I had to buy another shadow box to put it in. Wasn't worth the hassle of trying to return it, get credit, etc. shipped from China, who knows where the CS is located.
