I Wasn't too happy with your order form Because I didn't want to do anything with PayPal! I tryed to get ahold of someone to see what I had to do but never got ahold of any one! I also never got a oerder form as to how much the taxes were or how much the shipping was!

I thought the tray on the bottom was going to fit under it perfectly but it was bigger so it kinda looks weird. And it took foooorrreeevvverrrr to get to my house. It said it would take like at most ten days. Then when i checked where the package was it said it could take up to 18 days to get here. It took almost a month to get to my house. I ordered may 10 and got it june 7

Broken Frame

Even though the gift looks beautiful, it took a month for me to receive my order. Additionally, when the order was delivered, the frame of the gift was broken. It is not very noticeable or non-doable; however, people would like to feel as though their money was not wasted.

Do Not Support This Business

Ordered a Mothers Day gift on 5/4.
Site stated lead-time was 4 to 8 day (processing and delivery).
In addition, I selected VIP option for priority processing.
After several emails, I was informed customer purchases were delayed because of order volume.
I did not receive my order until 6/3.
Company misrepresented its services and misled customers for an increase in sales.
Still in the process of trying to get a refund, but they're giving me a hard time.
Do not waste your time or money buying from RoseFeels.

Did Not Meet Expectations

I ordered a gift for my wife for Mother's Day. As of now I still have not received it and have been told to expect another week or two wait. As of now I don't expect to use RoseFeels again since they have failed to be prompt in their delivery and meet my expectations.

I ordered a Mother's Day present late, so chose expedited shipping. The plant didn't show up until June 2nd and I placed the order on may 9th! I paid over 25$ in shipping and requested a refund. They only reimbursed part of the shipping fee and tried to tell me that their shipping policy was different (which I screen shot and sent to them). It was a terrible experience.

Disappointed, not as expected

The flower artwork was applied in 2 rows, instead of 1 along the bottom to look like a garden. So it didn't look like a single photo we saw, and the flowers were smaller and hard to appreciate, the names were hard to read. The plate Material is a flimsy plastic, and the shipping tape got stuck on the plate and got all gunky. We paid for expedited shipping and it still took longer than expected time. In general it's not at all what we expected or quality we thought we were paying for.

I ordered first week in May and it did not arrive till June. The product was much smaller than we expected as well and way costly than it looked like it should have cost. Do yourself a favor and get something similar via Amazon if you really want it, at least you know you'll get what you wanted in a timely fashion. Worst off, I tried to cancel and they were still going to charge me for it if I canceled. Would NOT recommend it.

I placed an order for a Mother's Day gift and a Father's Day gift on May 8 and paid $30 extra for the gifts to be here by Mother's Day. It is now June 9 and I still have not my package. I have tried contacting customer service several times, and they keep sending me fake links that lead to nowhere, then, three days ago I got an email saying that where I live is an "insufficient address" so they will be returning my package to the sender. When I contacted customer service again and asked how I can update my address information so that I could see what the issue is they refused refused to give me an answer. So I asked since I'm not getting my package I would like my full refund and they declined and said that there is nothing they can do.

I didn't realize that my order wasn't going to be on time for Mother's Day. It should clearly state that the order is coming from overseas. When it finally did come in the flowers looked nothing like the flowers or color theme I'd picked. They look like little plastic roses I've seen sold at the dollar store. And the font was odd. It was hard for me, who ordered it, to figure out it said 'Grandma'. It is clean and neat looking for the most part just wish it looked more like the order I placed.
