Ordered a pendant with birthstones for my girlfriend for our anniversary. I paid $25 extra for expedited shipping, which they claimed it would only take 3 days. It's been over a month now and I have gotten no help from the carrier or Rosefeels. Package is lost and they just keep telling me to wait, would not recommend if out of country.

If I could give no stars I would! This company is a complete scam. I've been waiting MONTHS for an item they claimed I would get within two weeks. You can only speak to them through email and they same the same thing over over. "Your order is in urgent production" I even paid for expedited shipping and after complaining enough they finally refunded that money since i STILL haven't gotten my orders. I've already told them if I don't get my order soon I'll be asking for a full refund and of course I haven't heard back from them since.
I placed an order for Mother's Day on April 14,2023. Shipping was noted as 7-10 business days. Fast forward to May 30th and no product has been delivered. Several emails checking on status and always told the same line. We are so sorry, we are so busy, we are working on your order. I finally canceled my order and I did receive my refund.

I ordered a plant with the names of me and my siblings on the pot. It was to be delivered to my mother for mother's day. She has not received it yet. After my order I jept getting text saying I had to pay a duty tax but there was not indication that this was connected to RoseFeels. And an email sent to find out made no mention of a duty tax. Also, ther was no clear indication of how long it would take for the product to be created and then shipped.
It made it in less than a month I ordered it for my mom and put 4 names I got the smallest option and it was the perfect size you can tell how much effort they put into making them and I couldn't be happier with the result!
I never received my order. They will not contact me back. Don't order from here.
