I still have NOT received my order. I have tried emailing about the package and received nothing back. Tracking says it was delivered, but nothing was.

I've ordered a product and paid extra for express delivery. It was a mothers day gift, ordered a week before, paid extra for 3 day delivery...JUNE 13TH is when I received it, but thats AFTER I send an email, no phone #, and asked if I can canceled since it was not even been produced, stuck in production rhe ENTIRE month, then they reply asking to be patient and that they will check on it. I NEVER got credit for the extra I paid for express delivery!

They get 1 star because I can't go any lower. I ordered from this company and received tracking info within a few days. Since then, it has been a terrible experience. The item shipped from China through a courier that was very difficult to track. I was able to track the item in the US, but the original courier never delivered it to USPS. I reached out to the seller several times and they have been no help. They continue to send me the same tracking number which shows no activity for over 2 weeks! After multiple attempts to rectify this, their "Customer Service" said they will "look into it" but have not responded to me in over 6 days at the moment. I've filed claims for reimbursement, but this company is doing nothing to fix or address the situation.
I paid extra to get the sculpted figures early. Not sure why that is an option as it took weeks to get.

Absolutely devastated. I ordered two beautiful flower pictures for my mother and mother in law for Mother's Day. They arrived a month later than promised, and the one for my mother in law never arrived. No one has contacted me back from customer service so I'm out $80 plus what I had to spend for another gift. The one that arrived for my mother had frame issues that we have to fix and was not $80 quality. And the packaging was such that my local postman just shoved it in the mailbox…no markings that it was fragile which may have contributed to damaging the cheap frame. All around one of the worst experiences purchasing a product online.

I ordered a beautiful product for my mom for Mother's Day. She loved it; when it finally arrived.I ordered it May 11th. Today is June 11th, and I believe I received it 2 days ago (June 9th). Not sure if it was my fault for trying to buy a gift 3 days before Mother's Day or what. I do know at times, I was frustrated and even anxious. For a good 3 weeks I wasn't sure if I was even going to get a product. I emailed them about a refund and heard back nothing for a week (maybe Eve. 2). At that point, I accepted I wasn't going to get what I ordered or a refund. I was pleasantly surprised when it did end up showing up in the mail. Not a bad company to work with, but you are going to need to have patience.
