I bought this vase in May and it took a month and a half to get even though it said 5-7 days. The letters that were printed in the vase were wrong. Customer service doesn't speak English so they would not give me a refund after weeks of contacting them. Highly advise not to purchase anything from this company

I placed an order via the website for a standard product with no customization. After paying nearly $65 for the product, the site said it would be delivered in 10-14 days. I ordered in time for a birthday at the end of May but here it is June 16th and I still do not have it.

After a few email correspondences, come to find out, the "factory" neglected to make it and it would be put on rush. I found it odd that every response I got was 2 or 3 in the morning and then dug in a bit and found that the company that made it (and the person I was emailing with) was in China. WHAT?!?!?! Then, I discovered the foreign transaction fee on my account.

If something is being made in China and shipped from China, I would like to know this... I would have done something else.

They are offering a token amount back but I have asked for a full refund... no dice. Then again, what do you expect from someone located in another country... I guess service is not important there at all... never again will I order from Rosefeels.

I ordered an urn necklace got a regular one and it is made way differently then the picture shows. I don't want to return it because it has my mom's picture on it and the thought of her picture being thrown out hurts so I'm stuck paying over$40 for a necklace im not happy with and still have to buy a new one so I can put moms ashes in.

Beautiful product, slow shipping

I ordered around Mother's Day so I'm sure the number of custom orders was outrageous but it was supposed to be shipped within 4-8 days and wasn't until day 10. The pillowcase is absolutely perfect and I love it!

Mother's Day Gift

I placed an order shortly before Mother's Day (granted I knew that it wouldn't be here by Mother's Day) but when I had questions about shipping & when my order should arrive they explained everything to me & got back to me immediately! Product came out very nice& overall it was my first experience with RoseFeels & I plan on coming back to do more shopping!

When I placed my order it was not apparent how long it would take to make it. I ordered and paid for expedited production and shipping. Once I realized I missed my target date I contacted the company to just use standard shipping and they were unresponsive. In a nutshell the customer service was poor but the product appears nice.
