Shipping took longer than stated on purchase order and I had to reach out to determine delivery date instead of supplier reaching out. Product is in good shape and is of good quality.

I never received my order. I emailed them a couple times and only heard from them one time and their response included a follow up from them and I never heard back.

I ordered the PERSONALIZED DAD AND KIDS FIST BUMP WITH NAME ENGRAVING WOOD SIGN FOR FATHER'S DAY HOME DECOR in May 24,2023. It is now 6/23/2023 and I still have not received it and it totally passed Fathers Day. I keep on getting emails apologizing and also asking if I received it. The answer is no, I have not received it I tracked it and it is still in Transit in China.

I got what I ordered just fine. Shipping took forever. But the product looks cheaply made. Kind of disappointed.

Ordered the product over 1 month ago, still have not received it. We ordered it thinking it would take max 2 weeks, going on week # 5 now and still waiting for it :(

Delivery was waaaay late from the expedited service i paid for. Had i known it was literally shipping from china i wouldnt have bought it. The product itself was cheap, not as in price, but in substance

I ordered a flower pot with my mom's grandchildren's names and birth flowers for Mother's Day on 4/23/23. According to the website's process/ship times, this allowed plenty of time to be delivered prior to Mother's Day. After waiting 11 days, I emailed the company to see why it hadn't shipped and to ask if it will arrive prior to Mother's Day. The company assured me that they'd rush it and that it would arrive by Mother's Day (5/14/23). Weeks continued to pass, and no shipment. The package finally shipped on 5/25 (well after Mother's Day) and was delivered 6/5/23 (over 6 weeks after the order was placed). That is an absurd amount of time, especially when I was assured my order would almost a month before that). Then when it finally arrived, the font of the grandchildren's names is not legible. And whatever was used to put the font and flowers on the pot started peeling off the day I opened it. Some dirt got on the pot when I was planting a succulent, and the font came off when I gently tried to wipe the dirt off… overall, bad customer service, ridiculous process time, and poor quality.

My mom loves it the whole buying experience was a bit iffy but other then that the product is amazing

Got a gift for my husband for Father's Day and he loved it!

I ordered the big flower pot but what I got was very small.

Can't even read the names on the necklace without a magnifying glass. Words on the message were misspelled repeatedly. Asked for a reimbursement on the $64 order and only got $19.50 back. Necklace wasn't even worth $20. Was too embarrassed to even give it to my wife for our 24th anniversary. Horrible product.

I ordered a picture frame over a month ago and still have yet to receive it. The order number I used to "track" it says it is still in production. This is horrible.

Everything is great except the 5 week plus delivery time and the extra charge of a few cents for out of the country fees I didn't expect

My product came and was beautifully made, however the delivery took longer than I was expecting. It took about a month since I ordered it for it to arrive.
