The WORST online shopping experience EVER. Took way too long to send me the tracking number. When the package finally arrived, 41 days after I ordered, only ONE of the THREE items that I ordered was delivered. They never said anything about shipping only 1 item and in fact the tracking information on their website still says that all three items were delivered. This is definitely a SCAM company. Don't waste your money.
The frame arrived broken in two corners. I had to purchase a new frame from Amazon.

I ordered a plaque with 4 names on it it should of been in 1 row instead I got it with 3 names on top & 1 on the bottom. It is not appealing to the eye in addition the frame is chipped. At no moment did the website mimic what the names entered would look like. Nor that having a 4th name would make a 2nd line. The rtn policy is not as easy as it states still awaiting return instructions. 1st email I received gave me the option to keep the product with 10%off, another email for 30% off, and now this one about a survey. This product was a gift and the date to give the gift is long gone and I had to purchase something else. All I wanted to do is exchange at this point take it back and refund me.
I ordered a custom Mother's day gift from them and it took almost 5 weeks to get to me. Once I opened the package, I noticed it wasn't the way it was supposed to be. Looks like the lettering was moved after it got printed, some letters are shifted and messed up. I used to do printing just like this, I know how easy it can be messed up right after it's printed. There should be no mistakes if i waited up to 5 weeks for something so small and simple. I asked for a refund and they've offered everything except a refund. They only respond once a day so it's hard to get something resolved. I don't recommend.
