Delayed Delivery

I did not realize that it would take so long to receive my package. It arrived almost 2 weeks after Father's Day. The bracelet fit nicely and looks great. Quality of the product is cheap, so I'm not sure how long it will remain in good condition.

The necklaces I received were nice however, it arrived like it had been opened. The three necklaces were all tangled together, they were outside of the bag that was also outside of the box so I'm not sure what happened.

Ordered 2 items on June 2nd, and did standard shipping of 7-10 days. On June 13th they emailed me and said my order was in urgent production… I've received 1 order out of 2 on June 25th. I don't think I will be placing any future orders with them.

Grilling spelled incorrect

The plate was great, however the word GRILLING was spelled GRILLNG, and missing an I, so I am hoping that RoseFeels will send me a new grilling plate with the word spelled correctly.

Horrible!still haven't received my order. The excuses for the delay unacceptable. Poor communication from the company. No follow up on my order unless I send a text. Simply not the way to keep people ordering from the company.once the company knew the timeline for the order to be delivered and received by the customer had passed due the company delay customer should have been notified. Didn't happen.

Bad customer service

I should have known this was sketchy when the only way to pay was through paypal and the initial email response from them was in chinese characters. They had poor responses to my inquiries. They were not able to let me know where in the process my order was, and the order was then shipped many weeks after expected delivery date in time for mothers day. Once the shipment arrived, the quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired... overall, just very disappointed and would not recommend anyone purchase through rosefeels...
