Cute item, but simply plywood with carvings. Not very good quality for the price!

Purchased bracelets for Father's Day gifts. The names were engraved very small.
Delivery took much longer than promised.

I tried to email about my damaged plate that I received. It's cheap and the white is coming off exposing the red underneath. My personalized plate was also misspelled. I am very disappointed.

Product was received damaged and falling apart. Frame was separating and mom puzzle piece broke off. Other pieces were not firmly attatched to back so they are potentially going to break off.

The quality of the necklace was good! The two things I feel could have been better is the time it took to receive the item was way too long. The other issue I had was to packaging of the necklace, when we received it, the necklace was in a big knot.

This has been a terrible experience. One order was cancelled but was still delivered. A second order was a month late and arrived broken. I would email with a question that was never answered. I am still waiting for a response after sending a picture of the broken item. I would never recommend RoseFeels. Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company.

It took over a month to receive. It was a Father's Day gift ordered within the time fram you have to have it in time. Also, the word 'Grandpa" was crooked.

I'm pretty sure I requested the word PPaw instead of grandad.

I paid premium and expedite shipping for the product to arrive by a certain date and it was two weeks late.

This place is absolutely horrible don't order from here! I ordered a Father's Day gift 2 weeks ahead of time even ordered the VIP service and express shipping and it never arrived on time! When I messaged them they just kept giving me the tracking info and couldn't understand that the gift was useless now that I had to get my husband another gift. Their customer service is horrendous!

Never received the item. Never received a refund. Takes several days to get a response. I am out $100. I am reporting this company to bbb

I ordered the bracelet for my husband as a Father's Day gift. It was supposed to arrive within 4-8 days. I received my order 14 BUSINESS days from the date I placed my order. Other than that, the bracelet itself was pretty much what I was anticipating. The name plates are moveable. I do wish it had an actual watch buckle to better secure the bracelet. For this reason, my husband won't wear it much as he's afraid the bracelet will come undone. Overall pleased.

I bought this for my spouse for father's day and he was so happy. He kept looking at it and it is hanging on full display

Experience was great. I am a little disappointed in the product. One of the names on the wood engraving is not crisp. The wood splintered and it was left that way not corrected. It's cute, but not super high quality.

Paid good money thinking we were getting a serving platter. In stead we received a small plate like platter. Not worth the money!

All around terrible experience. They make you pay extra for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) and then it still took 4 weeks to come in. Also, the product was very low quality and smelled awful when I finally received it

My wife loved her gift. Shipping took a little while but that is to be expected.

Beautiful gift and my father loved it for Father's Day.

I searched for thoughtful anniversary gifts for wife and as soon as I saw this family tree my wife would love it. She did.
