Terrible quality

I paid about $50 for this product, thought it'd have $50 of value. I was mistaken, the wood and figures is extremely low-quality. I even had to assemble it myself.

The product didn't look anything like the photo. The time came from china and they refused to give my money back and wouldn't pay for shipping. I won't be ordering from them again.

This has been the most awful experience for me. First, our order was delayed significantly and when I reached out via email I got a sloppy and rush response from someone who clearly did not take the time to read my email.

Second, when we received our very delayed item, the quality of the item was very poor-almost "cheesy" like. There was no way we could give my FIL this as a gift. Trying to return this item has been absolutely frustrating because they do not read emails properly! Multiple people will respond without reading the chain so I have spent the last several days trying to return this item.

Finally, and this is where it gets really shaded, I am told that we have to pay for the shipping cost (which is fine and fair) or accept a partial refund. We chose to ship back but then they tell us that we have the ship the item back to CHINA which is clearly a way for them to discourage us from returning the item because their packaging says "ONLY FOR RETURNS ******* Slauson Ave unit B1A Sante Fe Springd CA" completely shocked that they would do this simply to deter us from getting a refund for an item that we are not satisfied with.

BUYER BEWARE.

Frustrated

Product was nicely made and as advertised. My only issue was the shipping time. I paid the $23 for express shipping and it took almost a month for me to receive my item. This company knows that they cannot get a person their merchandise within a week but still continues to take people's money for express shipping. They also do not provide carrier info, so you don't know who the item is being shipped through to check status. They need to stop advertising express shipping and stop taking people's money.

Order was easy to submit online and quickly filled. Plaque was as described with no issues. Was disappointed however that the "stand" provided is flimsy and made of cardboard, not same wood as plaque.

Way TOO Small

The bracelet that we bought wouldn't even fit one of our children and it's a bracelet for a man's wrist. Because it's personalized, of course we are stuck with it and the cost was almost $100! I'm so disappointed. We waited for weeks to get this bracelet that the children saved their own money to buy for their Dad on father's day and not only did it arrive weeks after father's day, it would be impossible to ever fit an adult's man's wrist.

Never got my Order

I Ordered a gift for FATHERS DAY and still have yet to receive anything or a refund. Instead they send me a link with the customer service email and upon emailing them I havnt heard anything back. Absolutely terrible service and no guarantee you get your Order apparently.

Ordering was easy. Delivery takes awhile. The pot itself is cute but I did not expect a matte finish. It is dull and I expected it to be shiny/glossy like a porcelain finish. I like the size, however. All in all it's okay and I hope my sister likes it.

The website is totally deceiving and doesn't set expectations for shipping estimates. I paid $25 extra for a total of $70 to get expedited shipping. I had no idea this is coming from China and would take 3 weeks. The product cheap and thin and isn't worth that kind of money.

I pad the extra almost $3 to have the order be bumped to the front of the line and it arrived nearly 2 weeks after the date I needed it. So either you pay for fast shipping which was more than the item itself or you don't buy from here.

Do not buy from Rosefeels

This company does not care about its customers. You will not get this order on time, it will not be the quality they promise, and the staff will "forget" to email you back. Don't even think about picking up the phone, they do not have a number linked to Rosefeels. I would build something myself before ever using Rosefeels again. If you buy from them prepare to be disappointed, and you're a sucker.

Received broken frame

After receiving broken frame, it totally ruined my feelings since it's a birthday gift. I had to get another gift. I tried to email to customer service, however, be told that address was invalid. Then I had to reach out by filling my info on their website contact sheet. Finally, someone contacted me, suggested I have to pay the shipping costs to China to get my money back. That's crazy! They will never get my business again.

The product is cheap and not as described. Way overpriced for what arrived. It's hardly a plate, the font was not as I selected, etc. Also, the delivery took forever! It was not worth the money at all.
