It's an ok bracelet. Wasn't what I thought it would be but it's the thought that counts and I'm sure my husband will appreciate it.

It was easy to design in their website and it came how to mockup promised. It also came in the time it was promised. Happy with my experience.

I felt my item seemed to be made rather cheaply. It was very light weight and the quality was not what I expected.

Overall a good experience, just make sure your picture it's what you want. It should be a room for comments or suggestions of what you want your pucturto look like

It was a nice experience except for the insufficient address situation, but it was a good experience overall.

Turned out pretty good. Site said 3-8 business days, took a little over 3 weeks. Also, no indication I was paying an international fee as well.

I ordered 5 days before father's day. I paid for 3 day shipping. I didn't get my order for 2 weeks. My order was wrong! I washed it twice and the decals are coming off. Very cheap product. I will never order through you again. Very embarrassed that I gave this as a gift! Your customer service offered me 20% back. Really!

This item was for an anniversary gift which I ordered one week before the date, and received it two weeks after the date (3 weeks total). I was not aware it was coming from China. After unwrapping it, the very next day I noticed it was coming unglued!

I'm sure the person I got this for will love it. I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

I absolutely love my bracelet. Unfortunately, even though I was very careful about measuring my wrist, the bracelet is so large that it could slip off my hand if I wear it. This has left me with the need to find ways to either shorten the length or restring the beads. I love the idea and finished product, I just wish I could wear it.

I ordered a personalized bracelet for my husband with our last name initial and our children's names engraved. He loved it for his Father's Day gift. I spent extra for faster shipping but I don't think it helped. It still took a few weeks to receive my order.

I ordered my Spotify shadow boxes in April to make sure I got it in time for mothers day. Not only did I not get it in time, I didn't get it till July. One box was broken in a corner, the flowers don't look anything like the flowers you advertise on the site, the pictures on both shadows boxes were just printed and taped on the front, and the Spotify links don't work...
