I ordered 5 days before father's day. I paid for 3 day shipping. I didn't get my order for 2 weeks. My order was wrong! I washed it twice and the decals are coming off. Very cheap product. I will never order through you again. Very embarrassed that I gave this as a gift! Your customer service offered me 20% back. Really!

This item was for an anniversary gift which I ordered one week before the date, and received it two weeks after the date (3 weeks total). I was not aware it was coming from China. After unwrapping it, the very next day I noticed it was coming unglued!

Great product, bad fit.

I absolutely love my bracelet. Unfortunately, even though I was very careful about measuring my wrist, the bracelet is so large that it could slip off my hand if I wear it. This has left me with the need to find ways to either shorten the length or restring the beads. I love the idea and finished product, I just wish I could wear it.

Spotify shadowbox

I ordered my Spotify shadow boxes in April to make sure I got it in time for mothers day. Not only did I not get it in time, I didn't get it till July. One box was broken in a corner, the flowers don't look anything like the flowers you advertise on the site, the pictures on both shadows boxes were just printed and taped on the front, and the Spotify links don't work...
