Item came broken and later than expected. It was a gift for someone I do not live around. After showing images of broken item, they would not give me refund.
Overall the process for receiving my purchase has been bad. I order my anniversary product a month ago and has not arrived. As soon as I ordered it went right into production however no status change has occurred since then. I followed up numerous times just to receive a response to please wait longer.

I ordered a ring from them, and paid the extra to have it made within 2 days. Shipping states 4-8 business days. I ordered July 20th, it is now August 1st and still have not even received an email for shipment! Paying for expedited production, and 12 days later it has not even shipped is terrible service. I attempted to contact them days ago inquiring what's going on, and still no response.

Chain is what it is for the price. Packaging very nice. Cute little card came with it. All that matters is the wife is happy with it.

The item I ordered was not what I received. It does not come framed as pictured. It is on cheap plywood, the imaging is very pixilated and looks cheap. I also paid for a larger size and it wasn't the size I ordered. I ended up getting on Etsy and ordering the same item. Please don't waste your time, money or energy on ordering from Rosefeels.

Very pretty, well made, the font was beautiful. The first time I bought it, it never came so I had to follow up. They finally got it on production but I ended up buying one that had the wrong info (my bad!). The second time I ordered the same product, it camr in a timely manner.
