Item came broken and later than expected. It was a gift for someone I do not live around. After showing images of broken item, they would not give me refund.

Overall the process for receiving my purchase has been bad. I order my anniversary product a month ago and has not arrived. As soon as I ordered it went right into production however no status change has occurred since then. I followed up numerous times just to receive a response to please wait longer.

Cheap looking not like picture on website. Say made to order. Looks like all the same. Terrible 10 year wedding gift.

Do not order from here. Nothing was ever shipped and they would not issue a refund. Kept sending emails that seemed generated by a chat bot about "wait two more weeks and we will ship your order"

I ordered a ring from them, and paid the extra to have it made within 2 days. Shipping states 4-8 business days. I ordered July 20th, it is now August 1st and still have not even received an email for shipment! Paying for expedited production, and 12 days later it has not even shipped is terrible service. I attempted to contact them days ago inquiring what's going on, and still no response.

They have very bad customer service! They wouldn't refund me even though it was all broken! & wanted me to send it back but wouldn't send me a label

The cover I had ordered with necklace did not come with it and I had payed extra for it.

Shipping took a little long but understandable. It is as described within the website picture. Quality of the charm is excellent. Engraving is excellent. Birthstones look good. Chain is what it is for the price. Packaging very nice. Cute little card came with it. All that matters is the wife is happy with it.

Paid for expedited shipping still haven't received my order it was ordered on June 13 it is July 31

The item took over a month to arrive. The tracking system they used was not user friendly and the directions provided for tracking were not accurate.

The frame was broken. I also payed extra for it to be delivered for July 1st and it didn't show up till the 16th lol.

I still have not received my purchase. Very disappointing

The item I ordered was not what I received. It does not come framed as pictured. It is on cheap plywood, the imaging is very pixilated and looks cheap. I also paid for a larger size and it wasn't the size I ordered. I ended up getting on Etsy and ordering the same item. Please don't waste your time, money or energy on ordering from Rosefeels.

Product had long delivery time, broken when opened package. Assembly required and poor customer service

This company is fraudulent. I never received my merchandise.

Very pretty, well made, the font was beautiful. The first time I bought it, it never came so I had to follow up. They finally got it on production but I ended up buying one that had the wrong info (my bad!). The second time I ordered the same product, it camr in a timely manner.

I'll let you know a little more if I ever receive my order. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting I've taken it as a loss at this point
