This ring was purchased for me by my sister for my son's death. I love the ring and miss my son. Every time I look at the ring, I think of my son.

I was so excited to receive my items it looked solid and beautiful Online. I was VERY surprised to receive a very cheaply made item. The wood is very flimsy and the item hardly stands upright. Because of that, the little silver (also weightless and CHEAP) figurines fall right off the wooden frame. I am still figuring out how to best glue or nail the item together in order for it to be a solid item that doesn't fall down and fall apart daily. What a total waste of money for a pricey sentimental gift.
This is mostly beautiful but the whooshing of the numbers looks bad and some other small defects. I would buy local next time if i could.

I was looking for something unique for my mom and found this engraved "tree" picture which she really liked. While I didn't initially know it was coming from China, tracking on the package was clear and it was delivered in a timely manner.
I ordered this as a gift on July 10, expecting it to be delivered in 4 to 8 business days, according to the website. My mother-in-law's birthday was August 4. The package arrived on August 5! Disappointed!
I never received my item. And never got an update or a response to my emails about where my stuff is at.

Item was not as pictured (i.e. The layout was different and did not look nice). Font was different throughout. It also took much longer to receive. Overall, I am not pleased with this order.
I paid for VIP shipping AND shipping within 1-3 days. The item arrived LATE and I did NOT have it on my anniversary as promised. I requested a refund of $30 that I paid for expedited shipping but they have NOT refunded the money that is due.
Shipping was very slow and item arrived late. Apparently it comes from China, did not know that is where it was coming from there, I read company was in Los Angeles, California. Ordered item on June 30th received it on July 20th website says 9 to 15 business days.

Pendant is very nice. Took 3 weeks to receive from date of ordering with V.I.P. Purchase and "3 business days" delivery. Takes a while because it comes from China.
The gift was nice but as it was for a birthday the delivery was 2 weeks late. I paid for expedited shipping which was a waste of money. I had to write to find out about the delay and get a tracking as there was no follow up. I would not recommend this company for a gift.
The item was great and it was very sharp looking. Little slow getting it cause it has to be made and then shipped. So shipping was little long, but once it arrived it was worth the wait. Very pleased!
