The shipment took over a month. That was frustrating.

I have not received my item that I ordered almost a month ago. No one can seem to tell me where it is.

I don't hardly ever leave reviews, especially one with only one star, but I am very disappointed. I purchased a gift for my boys to give their grandfather for his 90th birthday out of town. I ordered it a month ago and it still hasn't come. Their grandfather's birthday party has already passed. It's just disappointing that they couldn't give to him in person. I still hope it comes soon and we can make their gift and mail it to grandpa.

Easy to checkout. Very nice but way smaller than expected.

Took a while longer to produce the order than I expected but given it was four custom necklaces with intricate details I cannot be too upset. I'd rather they take the time to make a quality product like they did than rush it with sub par quality.

The website looked good and shipping was stated as decently fast. However, turns out it shipped from China which took way longer than stated on the website and arrived damaged.

Still have not received my order which was supposed to be a gift….

Names not in the order I thought they would be, necklace came knotted up.

This is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! They stole my money and hundreds of other peoples money. Most people don't ever receive their product, and the ones that do don't get it for months after ordering and it comes broken and horribly made. This is a scam and waste of your money! It is FRAUD! RUN!

My wife loved the bracelet! She said it was the best present I could have given her for our anniversary. The image was very clear to see.

I said 20+ dollars for 3 day shipping. There should have been more clear verbage around how long before the product went out. It took almost a month to get product.

I ordered 2 necklaces for a friend's birthday. It took a month to get to me. I paid $80, for what looks like costume jewelry. They aren't the same design as what I selected. The silver does not feel at all like silver and in fact looks quite fake. The chain on both necklaces were already ruined. The packaging was terrible and looked childish. Both necklaces were packaged in the same box and were a tangled mess by the time I received it. Overall, if I could've given this zero stars, I would've, but I can't so I give it one star.

I paid 25 dollars for 3 day delivery and it took two weeks to arrive after I received the message that the delivery process had started. So that was a major downside to the process that I was cheated out of money for shipping for it to arrive at the same time it would've if i didn't pay for such. As of the product it was well made and I was pleased with it. Just not the shipping

In the photo this looks like a nice solid wooden piece but it is not. It is two pieces of luan plywood that fit together so loosely that it leans either backward or forward and the figures will not rest on it as they do in the photo.

It is been over a month I haven't received my order. Not sure I'm ever going to get it.

Very happy with the product, but I paid extra for expedited delivery and it was much later than the anticipated delivery date.

I ordered two as gifts but unfortunately two were sent in the same box so for that reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5. It would have been nice to have a gift box for each item.
