A little waiting, but was a good gift for my girl.
I ordered a week out from my anniversary thinking if I Paid $30 for epidited shipping it would at least come close to my anniversary date. It came in yesterday. My anniversary was 7/31! Shipping it would at least come close to my anniversary date. It came yesterday. They did return $15 for the expedited shipping charge. Quality of the item was subpar. I'd give it a two out of five. Definitely not worth the 75 bucks I spent.
I love the frames that I received although the wood is a little thin. My biggest complaint is that there is not a way to hang these and I thought there would be. Now, I have to go buy hangers but a little worried about putting them in because the wood is so thin. I hope it doesn't break.
I love the artwork and personalization it brings but, I didnt get an update on my order until after I inquired a month after placing the order. The gift was meant to be an anniversary gift but arrived 5 days after. The figurines were also supposed to have the first letter of all of our names. J, K, E, X and B. They were all blank. In the end like I said before it is a nice piece of art just took way to long and didnt meet expectations.

So I purchased this necklace for my anniversary with my girlfriend, only for it to come late. I bought not only the quick delivery but also the vip. I recommend not buying both vip or quick delivery, really a waste of money. When I got the package the necklace chain-bits broke lose, meaning it wasn't well made. Customer support was great they helped me out when I couldn't locate or see my package and told me when it was coming.

Product is nice and worth the price. Good for the buyer! That said, I placed the order on July 18 for an Aug. 14 wedding anniversary party. The gift arrived at my house the afternoon of Aug. 15. So I had no gift for the party. Bad to me is nowhere during the order process did it say it was being made in China, which obviously creates a long delivery time. If I had known I could have paid for fast delivery instead of regular delivery. And the seller did not suggest that when I made contact stressing out about receiving the hit on time. Also at no point did the seller say that or would 28 days to go from order to product in hand. To me, she is selling a very nice product at a very fair price but in my case, the operation from start to finish did not occur in time. Very frustrating for a 80-year-old man who found a neat wedding anniversary gift for his son's family only to have yo present it yo them on Aug16.
Creating the order was easy enough for me, a very old man who is not computer friendly. That said, this is obviously an anniversary gift and there is zero indication anywhere of when this is going to arrive at my house. That's really disappointing, and since anniversaries aren't date-flexible, very disappointing.
