I payed for express shipping it took 3 weeks to come in the mail instead of the express I paid for. I feel really cheated that I payed over 25 dollars for express delivery and it took 3 weeks and multiple emails to get results
I ordered for my mom's birthday and paid for the VIP package as well as expedited delivery. Not only has my mom still not received her gift (her birthday was 7/31; it is now 8/25) but the company is not responding to my refund requests. Very disappointed and will absolutely never buy anything from here again.
The bracelet was nice. I paid for expedited shipping and it still didn't arrive in time for my fathers birthday. I've reached out to customer service and just got what I believe is an auto response. Did not address my issue.
