I ordered the first/last day of school sign. Although I was told I would get tracking information, I did not until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then I heard from Rosefeels. I paid for. VIP service and did not get it. Once I filed the dispute I received an email saying they would not make my order until I stopped the dispute. At that point, I knew I would not get the product in time for my son's first day of school. I asked for a refund. They did not respond for many days and only after they shipped the item. I told them before they produced it that I did not want it because I would not be of any use to me after he started school. It took an additional 10 days for the item to arrive. My son had been in school for weeks at that point. I don't want it, and since they shipped it even though I asked for them not to, PayPal would not refund my money. I have an item that is of poor quality and not worth what I paid for it.

The edges of the frame were chipped and the spacing on the plaques was off. When contacting customer service they asked me to fix it & offered to repay 20% of what I paid. I was very excited for this product and thought it would be very nice.
