Ordered The custom wood tree for my 86 year old mother on August 7, it is now September 7, never received anything from them, not an email, call, nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card and 6 days later I received an email asking me why I disputed and if I wanted the merchandise. I told them I disputed as I had heard nothing, no merchandise had arrived, I paid extra for expedited and... nothing. Then I get this survey...What the F&%$#, why would you ask me for a survey when I still have no product...

My parents celebrated their 50th anniversary. We ordered the family tree one week ahead of the anniversary and understanding that we were running late, we paid to expedite the process. It took a month for my parents to receive their gift. Thankfully we had plan A and this was our plan B approach. I wish we had clearly expectations outlined. Had we had clarity on the time, we would not have placed our order.

I debated long about making the purchase - it was a gift to a newly adopted 10 y.o. Child. I thought it would be ideal to give her, her new family tree. And it was a lovely gift. However I wasn't satisfied with the order the names I provided were put on the tree and one of the engravings of the name was lighter then the others. Otherwise I believe the gift blessed the young girl.

Again horrible! Will never purchase anything from there again! Think it's a scam to be honest! Computer generated response every time

I ordered 2 of the bracelets with the picture for my grandsons who lost their mother, my daughter. It will be a nice way to remember her when they miss her.

It was horrible communication the braclet came with pen marks on the face of the deceased woman so the gift was ruined. Still haven't received the remade one so who knows where the heck it is and if it's right

I placed order on a Monday paid extra for shipping expected to get it by the weekend but it didn't arrive until 2 weeks later. Shipping scam

Very disappointed that the picture inside has something on it. It should not of been sent to me like that. Also no one has answered my emails.

It said 4-8 business days and it took almost a month. Don't order if it's for a birthday present!

Package comes from china. Took forever to get even if you express ship. Broke when it finally arrived and it just looks 5$ worthy

I purchased the wooden carved wall hanging for mybparents anniversary. It tooks weeks to get here. Shipping from China to the USA caused the product to bend. It was not packaged in a box, rather, it just wrapped with plastic and shoved in a plastic envelope. Very sad it was bowed. The back of the product was all chipped up and had jagged edges. This was from when it was manufactured, not from Shipping. They refused to refund the item in full. Very disappointed because the front part of my order looked nice if they would have packaged and taken time to used un chipped materials instead of cheap paneling. Never shopping here again.

Placed order 3 weeks prior to anniversary, has now been 1 month and still yet to receive order.
