I ordered a sentimental gift for my mother, following the birth of her 6th grandchild. I was able to track my order, but after a few days, I stopped receiving updates and when I visited the tracking site, the item had not moved beyond the distribution center. I waited several days, then I contacted customer service. They were not able to find my item, but said they would call me back. They never called, so I contacted them again. I received the same response. I was finally offered a replacement, but was not given tracking information, nor an estimated arrival date. I hope it arrives!
So I ordered a necklace for my daughter and after waiting weeks it came with the complete wrong stone in! After contacting customer service Lisa would only offer 30% refund. I've emailed back 3 times and still haven't had any response from them. I would honestly save the disappointment and no order from this company.

Despite the 30% refund, I still will not be able to use this item as it's in such poor shape. They said it was possibly from the shipping. But, I just tend to think it was from cheap material. Very disappointed.
I didn't realize when I shop from this store the product would literally be making it's way from China. It took more than two weeks to receive. In addition, the ads for this product showed wooden words in a beautiful font, but when I received it the words were chunky and ugly. Essentially false advertising. I will steer people away from this vendor.
The family tree was a perfect gift for our wedding anniversary as we had just started a family not too long before! Great quality food and engraving. I had to make a change from my original order and Rosetree customer service was very easy to work with and make the change!

Placed my order on 8/14 and paid for VIP service and $25 rush shipping. Site said turnaround was usually a matter of days. It's now 9/15 and I still don't have my order. Emails from them said they had a lot of orders due to a sale they were running. I ordered this for my mom who was turning 90. Her birthday has now passed and I paid $75 for a mug.
