The frame work is extremely flimsy, dollar store quality. The small figurines fell to the floor and the legs broke off of one and the head off of another. With shipping I paid over 60.00 for that price the quality should have been substantially better, it was junk not worth 15.00.

My Experience was good. RoseFeels did respond to my request when I reached out for my confirmation, which was great! The only issue I have, is the MALE Remembrance bracelet looked bigger in the pic on the website, however it was extra small & cannot fit the man I purchased it for, so a complete waste of money. I didn't contact Customer service due to the fact that I didn't want to wait any longer for a replacement. I needed to fet the gift to my Friend & her Husband

The process of placing my order was very easy and straightforward. I had ordered a piece of jewelry for my wife's birthday. However, I received no order confirmation email, and when my order did not arrive after several days I went looking to verify my order. I had to log in to Rosefeels (which was not the name of the site I went to originally to place the order, very confusing), and after entering my info was given a tracking number. However, it did not say which shipping company it was for, and the number did not show up in USPS, UPS or FedEx. I was worried I had been scammed. Left an email at Rosefeels inquiring about it. Took 3-4 days to get response saying it had been shipped and link to track it. They had used some shipped I've never heard of to get it to USPS. Wife's birthday came and went. Few more days before it was delivered. Product was very nice but I would hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a school board for my daughter. The ones they hold up for the first day of school. Well just to make sure i got in time paid 20 something dollars extra for the 3 day delivery. It came 3 weeks later. I was emailing them and the best they said they could do was give me 7 dollars off. I told them that it was false advertisement and I wouldn't have paid the extra money. I told them at that point I just wanted a full refund since nothing was even on it way. They basically told me it should get to me soon. When I did receive the board it wasn't as advertised and it was broken. Not worth it!
