It is just as advertised and very cute. Ordered it for my 6th anniversary!

The necklace is very nice. The gift box was cheaply made. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Communication was good, they always answered my questions.

It was really easy to order did take a hotbminute to arrive but that's no big deal. The tracking was a little off I stopped getting updates about my package after like 7 days and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. It was a good product.

I paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping and received my order 3 weeks later. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't feel it was necessary to refund the $25. I won't be purchasing from them ever again.

Colors were off, names were smaller than it should have been and there was a chip in the tip of the pencil.

End product was nice, expedited shipping is not expedited. The frame around the picture popped off as soon as I pulled it out of the package, I can fix it myself with glue...but still.

It took longer than expected but was definitely worth it!

The product I ordered was nice and I was looking forward to hanging it. Unfortunately, the order process was confusing - I thought one area was for all the names I wanted, and then another area was where to identify which names were the pets. It turns out that one of the areas were for the human names and the other was for the pet names. When I received the item, it had my two dogs' names on twice - one with the paw print and one without. I went back to the site and carefully re-read the form and realized that it *could* have been my mistake, but it was still confusing.

The other part of this that concerned me was that my dogs' names are VERY obviously dog names. The person in charge of creating my item could (should) have exercised some common sense and any decent sense of customer service would have had them reaching out to me for clarification. That did not exist here.

I spoke with a customer service rep about these issues and was offered no assitance on getting a new item or fixing the old one. I was just told they'd be happy to make me another one at full price.

No thanks. It isn't worth it.

Took overlong long for the item to arrive - tracking was literally from China- and when it did arrive was awful. The engraving on the wooden base was extremely off center and looked terrible. It was an anniversary present for my son and I told him that he should chuck it!

I ordered an engraved ring for my girlfriend on Aug 27th 2023. Today is September 27th 2023 and have yet to receive it. I contacted customer service last week, and they replied in a timely manner and were great, but it shouldn't take this long for my order.

Fast shipping bracelet was super heavy and cute. Spelling was correct. Will shop again

My husband purchased an item and it took over a month to arrive. It arrived with a huge smudge, mismatched font, and the frame was pulling apart. When I reached out to customer service, they blamed the delivery service and offered a 20% refund. I don't even like what arrived let alone love and I want a 100% refund for this poor quality of work.

The item is lovely. It was annoying though because this item was a gift and instead of sending the order to the shipping address, I received it at my billing address. I then had to pay for shipping again to get it to the intended recipient.

My product was easy to order and shipped right away, but I have to put all the pieces together. Assume I use glue to put the figure people on the board (7 total) and looks like I'll need to cut out the wood a bit so it fits the frame.I'm a big DIYer so I'll live but I cannot recommend this product for others.

Paid a premium for delivery in 2-3 days. Product took over a week to arrive. They didn't want to refund me for the premium delivery fee I paid and tried bartering with me what they would give back.
The product was a piece of junk which a 2 year old could make I'm arts and crafts.

Shipping was delayed. I paid extra for expedited 3 day shipping but it took 9 days.
