I ordered a wooden plaque for my mother and unfortunately the wood was chipped when it was arrived and it was extremely flimsy wood. I would never order from this company again.
I was under the impression the name hearts were made of metal, not carved wood. The delivery took over 28 days and missed the birthday it was for. I don't recommend.
The necklace was exactly what I wanted. I got it in silver for my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary and she loved it. The engraving was great and added a personal touch. The shipping is a bit long because they need to personalize each necklace so I got express shipping and it got here on the day of our anniversary just as they said it would. 5 stars
I brought a necklace for my girlfriends birthday, I ordered it two weeks before and paid for the faster shipping 4-8 days I think and it took over 2 weeks to arrive.
Ordered a custom made family tree. The corners of the frame part are damaged due to poor shipping methods. The frame was in a small lightly patted envelope. I sent pictures and requested a replacement. Was told "we can give you 20% off but you have to fix it yourself." Talk about great customer service. $60 dollars down the drain

Quality was good when the necklace I ordered finally arrived, but I paid extra for expedited shipping, and it took three weeks for it to arrive. The recipient of the gift loved it, but Rosefeels expedited shipping rates are a scam.
I didn't get my package it wasn't at the post office or neighbor place then they couldn't find my package all they said was it was delivered but no and no return of money or a new order and I spent a lot of money

Ask to return the gift. I was told I had to pay s/h. Purchased a gift bag and box. Bag was not glued on the bottom of the bag. Had to tape it. I paid extra for the gift card and box.

Not only does it NOT let you preview your order to make sure it is exactly the way you want it, it also NEVER delivers your product! After almost a month, I had to dispute the charge because I NEVER received my order!
My order was incorrect. My money was wasted. I reached out twice, and have heard nothing back. No way to get in contact with anyone to fix. Also order said 2-4 business days. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the wrong items. Will not recommend.
