I ordered the Custom birth flower frame with grandkids name for grandma. It is so pretty, my MIL is going to love it! It did take a while to ship but I suppose it's because they are custom made. I am happy with my purchase.
Placed order for necklace paying extra for "premium" service and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Took over 3 weeks to get the necklace. It took me emailing them asking about the delay for them to tell me they were behind. No notice ahead of time. Lisa with customer service was nice and she did arrange for a $10 refund but I will not order from this company again and will tell others to do the same.
The bead is about 1/2 the size of a pea. Seeing inside is just about impossible. Is impossible if you don't know what it is.
Ordered off the site and paid an extra $25 for express shipping which the seller didn't even send the item until I opened a dispute with Etsy 9 days after ordering. Item came damaged and didn't look anything like the site. Will never buy from this seller again!

I paid for 3-day shipping because my anniversary was coming up. Took about two weeks for them to ship and then another week for it to arrive. Don't advertise 2-3 day shipping and then not do it. Contacted them and they only told me to be more patient and offered no assistance of any kind. Will never use them again.
I am not an expert in buying jewelry. The design and crafting of the piece are great. The engraving is par, the piece is a lot thinner than I would have thought. Would easily be bent. It is very pretty, and I am sure it will be appreciated, I would rather have my girlfriend who is very important to me wear something a little heavier because I intend to be with her for life. It will be okay for occasional wear, certainly not everyday which is what I was hoping for.
Not good. Items can't in damaged. A package envelope is not a good choice to ship a wooden item.
The final product was very nice however, I payed for the 3 business day shipping and any it arrived after roughly 2 weeks. I contacted them a couple of times but they just emailed me the same response that it is in transit. If you do order know that it will take a long time to arrive.
They ripped off my fiancé! He purchased a gift for me for our 1 year anniversary, a very special day. He's received NOTHING except a charge on his card. Can't reach the company, no shipping/tracking info was ever sent. Don't waste your money! We are not the first people, please read reviews before you order!

Where to begin.
First off, this is not worth the price you pay for it. It is a very flimsy design and does not fit together well. It has has several cosmetic defects from using cheap veneer wood (areas of veneer that are spalled and even missing. The inscription was very faint, not like the website images. The little tin figurines are also much smaller than the pictures on the website.
This took forever to ship (over two weeks) and I even paid the extra money for the "VIP Service" to have my order prioritized. Do not was the your money on this service - it will not ship in less than 5 days as stated. It arrived late even though I ordered it three weeks in advance - not what you want to happen when it's your anniversary.
I also purchased a gift bag to go with this gift, but the one they included with the package was too small for the item I bought. It was also a cheap paper bag, nothing fancy, something you would find at the dollar store.
Overall, I feel like I was ripped off, and then when I write to the customer service e-mail, I just get ignored. I do not recommend this website as they only provide poor engraving to cheaply made import decor. I do not recommend this product as it is merely overpriced garbage. I wouldn't have spent $5 on this at a secondhand thrift store after seeing how it was made.
It took over a month to get my product. My product did NOT look like what I ordered. I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone.
When the tracker said it was delivered it wasn't at my door so then I asked can I have a refund like 5 times and they kept on saying the respectful way of "no". Don't expect your order to deliver.
I was expecting 8 day delivery that turned into almost 3 weeks. When it finally arrived it was damaged. Packaging for such a cheaply made product should be something with a hard shell. Not a bag. Not worth the cost in my eyes. Asked for a refund, but instead I'm getting another cheap product. The tracking number got me everything but the location of my order.
Paid for expedited shipping and vip service ( whatever that means) for my mom's 70th birthday, a month has gone by, did not receive product and was still charged for item. Will not order again
