First, I thought I was purchasing a homemade craft from a local business only to later find out it was from China. Second, it took forever to get delivered. Third, the quality was subpar and embarrassing as the letter L that had the apostrophe looks like a P. Very disappointing.

I thought it would be a replica of the picture that I sent in from head to toe. I didn't know it'd make her look like she works at a miserable clinic. I also paid an extra $9 for the head to bobble and it doesn't. I feel tricked.

I got the necklace today and it looks nice. The pictures made it seem bigger than it is, but it still looks nice. I was frustrated with the shipping. I ordered it on November 2 and it arrived today, November 30. My girlfriend's birthday was November 29 so I ordered it with plenty of advance to make sure it arrived and it still did not in time. The shipping tracking website was not great either, it gave slow and vague updates.

Problems with shipping, but after many chats back and forth, it arrived 14 days later! Thank you for your help.

I ordered a platter with my grandmother's recipe on it as a gift for my mother. I thought I was getting a real ceramic platter, but was disappointed when it arrived and it was plastic. Might have been my mistake for not reading the description better. I gave it to her but I was disappointed with the outcome. I also ordered a leather keychain for my father with his name and the four grandkids, but it's a dark navy blue and the letters are really small and he won't be able to read it. Had I know what it would look like, I would've chosen another color if it was available. So I'm disappointed with both my gifts

Was a decent purchase, but the purchase outline was crazy on the site and it was not quite as large as it was said to be

Since I received my bracelet I haven't seen a photo no matter what I do I've try outside and extra light but NOTHING.

The necklace I ordered was a quality product, however I paid for express shipping and received it a couple weeks late. The shipping company does not accurately track the packages location or properly identify shipping facilities along the way. After a couple weeks I thought this was a scam but to my surprise my order actually arrived. Don't know if I got lucky but I don't think I would order again.

I couldn't find the measurements of the bboks when I ordered, but figured the extra large is paper sized

Nice website...easy to use. Tracking on package had it misplaced for a bit, but customer support was able to help. Received in time for Christmas. It looks exactly as pictured. Thank you!
