Very disappointed

I requested expedited shipping for my order which I was told they corrected and it would be shipped ASAP. It took 17 days to come after I received my notice that it had shipped. Then when I received my order it was not all the size in the picture. I will not be ordering from them again.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of the print and the frame. The print itself is pixilated, dull in color. For $70 I could have done better printing it up myself on a high quality photo paper with better photos of the flower. The font of the names at the bottom is not the same font as the top, again all very poor quality for a $70 photo. I could have gotten a better frame at Dollar General store.

The item I ordered came and it was lovely and as described on the website. I had to wait quite a while for it to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. But I reached out to customer service and they tried their best to get it to me as quickly as possible.

Terrible service

Ordered my product over a month ago and still haven't received my product. Was told from the customer service rep to "be patient" as if I haven't been for the last 4 or 5 weeks. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this site!

What I ordered was extremely cheaply made, image was pixelated, and not the right size. It broke when I gave the gift to my mom. I paid so much for something so crappy. And then I was only offered a 20% compensation? Are you kidding me?

Worst experience I had

Customer service took forever to reply and when they replied, the cancellation policy period is expired. They asked restocking and shipping cost deducted from the refund even though they have not shipped it yet. Beware of this.

Flower Frame - Extremely disappointed

I bought the wooden frame with flowers for each of the kids' birthday months, and they came out ok. All the extras I purchased to fill out the picture came out terrible. They were pixelated, poorly printed, and had dull coloring. Additionally, the frame was cheap, flimsy wood, with one of the corners already separated from the picture where it was glued. I was extremely disappointed as it was not cheap and I didn't receive it until 5 weeks after ordering, right before Christmas, so there was no time to get a replacement. I wouldn't recommend this company's products to anyone.

Will not order from Rosefeels again

This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I ordered the website stated shipping would be within 3 to 5 days. I ordered the item on December 3rd. Today is January 3rd and my daughter is still not received the Christmas gift. I have emailed customer support 4 times. The latest being yesterday. After the first email I was giving a tracking number. That tracking number showed that the item was waiting to be shipped for almost 2 weeks. After emailing about that, the tracking number then showed shipped. After emailing again, the tracking number then showed that the package was waiting "at a facility", for well over another week. After my last email, the tracking number finally showed that it was shipped and out for delivery, which is today. This change in the tracking came after I requested to cancel my order so that I might buy my daughter a new gift as she did not receive this one in time.
