The frame was broken when I received it, I had to purchase some crazy glue to glue it back together

I place an order a week before mothers day. A month later I still haven't received it. I reached out to the company twice. The first time it seemed like they had lost my order and haven't even processed it. The second time the tracking said I had received my order but I still haven't. I still haven't heard back from them yet. It's now the second week into June.

Paid for expedited shipping within 3 days, arrived 30 days later. The frame arrived broken as well.

I ordered a frame for Mother's Day and never received the order or was given a refund.

It took a month to receive my product. It was for a special occasion and she didn't even get it on time. I emailed on several occasions and was told please give us time we are doing our best. After I was told she would receive it in 5-7 days. I'm very disappointed and will probably never order from here again.

I place an order for a Mother's Day gift and no information was given on how long the item would take to make and it took over three weeks. Then it was made in china and then the information said it was dispatched and it was supposed to be 3-4 day delivery. It has been over a week and the tracking information is terrible and I can figure out where the package is or when it will be delivered. Customer service is no help either. I would not order from this company and I definitely will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 personalized items for our moms. I enclosed the correct spelling of all names that would be used in the print. Both prints were mailed to our moms. One print everything was spelled correct and was beautiful. The other print the main name in bold letters was spelled incorrect and was not the name I had ordered. The company is not correcting this issue by getting another print made with the correct spelling but wants me to take a 20% off for compensation. I have asked for them to make it right by making a new print. I will send updates to my review if this happens. For now, I give this company 1 star for personalized items. If your company makes personalized items and you make a mistake you should correct it and make a new one.

It took 5 weeks to get and the quality of writing on the vase wasn't good. Very dull and hard to read.

The necklace was as promised and is beautiful. We would highly recommend it. However, delivery took about 3 times as long as expected. This was the only negative.

It could have been better. I forgot I ordered it for Mother's Day. I received my order the second week in June.

I placed an order on May 5th for mothers day. About 3 weeks later i reached out because i had no information on my order, they apologized offered to give me a $7 credit and ship it out asap. I finally received it on 6/7 and let me tell you it was a cheap piece of crap i probably could have gotten something better at the dollar store. There is no way i can give this to my mother. The quality was very cheap, online it looked painted and vibrant and it looked like it had been put through a printer that was running out of ink, the image is blurry, the colors are dull.

Necklace was perfect! The name, birthstone were all correct. The order took 1 month, but, I was in no rush.

I paid an extra $26 for shipping and expected my product in 3 to 5 days. They took over 3 weeks to arrive. No one even offered to refund any of the cost. I would never use or recommend this company ever again.

My Mom loves her necklace! Everything looks beautiful! But it took a month to get it, which was significantly longer than anticipated. I was beginning to think I'd been scammed! But she did get it, and she loves it!

I had ordered my package on May 7. It was scheduled to be delivered within 5-8 business days. It is now June 7 and I have still not received my package. I have messaged customer service numerous times. They assured me they would get my package within the next few days and a week later, still no package. I asked for a refund on my package and the best they offered me was $7.95. I am not happy with the service I have received…

I was so excited to order from here for Mother's Day, and honestly, I was very disappointed. Firstly, I paid for express shipping (advertised as 2-3 days), which took about 2 weeks to arrive. Secondly, the product itself did not look like it did in the advertised pictures. From the pictures, it looked like the roses were real preserved roses, but they were made of foam and most of them were falling apart. Thirdly, the frame itself was defective from the back. The piece that made it stand was loose and the frame kept falling over when we would put the stand out.

I paid for 5-8 days shipping. The gift was for Mother's Day and it arrived over a month later. Item was not as pictured, terrible quality. I asked for a refund multiple times and no response.
