Was very easy to select and create a beautiful flower display for my mom. The shipping did take a while but worth the wait. But I do live in the states and my mom lives in Europe. So to get her a gift like this that could ship international is a win.

The item took over a month to even ship, let alone I still have not received it. The website said it would ship in 7-10 days. Then after ordering, it went to 18 days. There is no way to follow up with a general customer service and I am not even sure what to expect.

I ordered a piece for a mothers day gift for my mother in law and paid for expedited shipping. I received the order this week. More than a month later. When I reached out for an update on the shipment, I was told, eventually, that they were backed up with orders and they'd keep me updated. When I didn't hear back, I asked for a refund which they told me no to. Then I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping costs. They said they'd refund me $10. They never did. When I FINALLY received the order, it was poor quality and not how the pictures looked on the website. Thoroughly disappointed.
Clean looking website. Ordered ok. Never got the customized cook book we ordered for mother's day. Sent them an email. For a reply a week later asking for more time. For another email asking for a review. I guess I got scammed? Wishing you guys the best though if you're legit.
Looks good :) would rate 5 but it's a bit off center, and I had to restaple one of the corners. It might have happened during shipping though.
