I placed my order w/this company not ever thinking, it would take a ENTIRE month for delivery! Yes, I emailed them twice, stating "where's my order" and their response was, it's on the way, check your tracking information. I also paid additional for gift wrapping which I didn't get!
I could have bought the same thing off of Amazon for half of the price. Were not pressed on flowers like the description and super tiny! Also, it took almost a month for it to finally get here. Very very disappointed in the products and I did try to cancel it because I found it cheaper on Amazon, but I did not receive any respond back from my email. Will definitely not order from this company again and will let others know NEVER to spend your money with them.

It was order in may which said 5-18 days with a 2-5 day shipping and it's been over 30 days with no orde. The tracking number they provide you can't use on the USPS website as that's who they say it's shipping with, you have to use their link. My package has been saying at postal office for the last 9 days awaiting carrier pick up
I was told 9-12 days for my order to arrive. I got it several days after that, even though I paid for VIP. Then after all the patience and anticipation building up. The item was damaged and I had to glue it back together to be able to present it.

I emailed a week after ordering and it had yet to be created, and I was told to wait a few days, which is no big deal, but a whole month. What a waste of money for VIP. Could have saved and just waited another month, not that much different at this point.

I ordered on April 30th and the product didn't ship from CHINA until May 25th. I never even received this product. The website says "fast shipping" and only 3-4 days for shipping in the United States. Horribly dissapointed in the lack of updates and response in this company. Will never be using again. Do not use unless you want to wait for months and at that point you might as well use amazon or temu.

I waited almost a month for my package to finally arrive and once it did it arrived broken. The picture frame was completely broken in too and bottom corners I sent various emails about the problem and no one has gotten back to me about a possible refund.

My experience is that a joke? Ordered an item for my mother-in-law and my mother for Mother's Day and here we are on June 12th and I still don't have my order so imagine my surprise seeing an email to review my experience on an order that I do not have. It appears that this company has been giving people run around for the past 2 years stating that they didn't expect the orders they received when you will get your order as soon as possible. As soon as possible but their website States a delivery expectation time and also not aware that it comes from China. After waiting about 4 weeks I received a shipping notification and my order just recently arrived to the US but I don't have any shipping information for the US to delivery. If you are ordering a year in advance for an event I would say go ahead and place your order but I can't speak to Quality or what I will receive because I haven't received it yet. Highly disappointed
Received my purchase broken. Gift was already going to be late though I made the purchase 2 weeks before mother's day. Have not heard from company, either reimbursement or a new gift, not broken.
So far, it's been a great experience. Like getting gifts for my wife through this site.
