Absolutely horrible. Waited forever for it to finally get here and after receiving it it was supposed to say …. Proud mother wears her heart on her sleeve. But said … proud mother WEAR her heart on her sleeve. But it did come from China

I placed my order w/this company not ever thinking, it would take a ENTIRE month for delivery! Yes, I emailed them twice, stating "where's my order" and their response was, it's on the way, check your tracking information. I also paid additional for gift wrapping which I didn't get!

I could have bought the same thing off of Amazon for half of the price. Were not pressed on flowers like the description and super tiny! Also, it took almost a month for it to finally get here. Very very disappointed in the products and I did try to cancel it because I found it cheaper on Amazon, but I did not receive any respond back from my email. Will definitely not order from this company again and will let others know NEVER to spend your money with them.

The product that arrived was so low quality that it was destroyed in shipping.

I ordered a custom piece that never came.! Nobody responded to my email aboyt my order not being sent.but saying delivered. It was order in may which said 5-18 days with a 2-5 day shipping and it's been over 30 days with no orde. The tracking number they provide you can't use on the USPS website as that's who they say it's shipping with, you have to use their link. My package has been saying at postal office for the last 9 days awaiting carrier pick up

I was told 9-12 days for my order to arrive. I got it several days after that, even though I paid for VIP. Then after all the patience and anticipation building up. The item was damaged and I had to glue it back together to be able to present it.

Ordered this item over a month ago and it just finally showed up. When it showed up, it is severely damaged and not the color I ordered.

I ordered 2 gifts for Father's Day that were placed on May 13th. I ordered them a month early knowing they would be delivered in plenty of time. My order was shipped a month after I placed it! I reached out to customer service numerous times only to be told that it will ship soon. I haven't received my order yet so I can't speak on the quality of the product but based on the slow shipment, I will not be ordering from this site again.

Need u to refund me on that delivery cause i still haven't gotten my order and yall are just sum bull$#*!

Shipping took way longer than expected and it's a bit hard to actually see the picture at first, really have to squint to get a view but the bracelet itself is beautiful.

Ordered this a week before Mother's Day, paid for VIP treatment, and expedited shipping yet it took until JUNE! It was a month if not a few days more before it arrived. I emailed a week after ordering and it had yet to be created, and I was told to wait a few days, which is no big deal, but a whole month. What a waste of money for VIP. Could have saved and just waited another month, not that much different at this point.

I double and triple checked my delivery address, it was correct after I received a confirmation email stating my package was delivered and it wasn't

I would like a preview of product. And a review of order before purchasing after entering payment information. Website laggy. Notified shipping actually takes 15-18 days only after purchase. I ordered on April 30th and the product didn't ship from CHINA until May 25th. I never even received this product. The website says "fast shipping" and only 3-4 days for shipping in the United States. Horribly dissapointed in the lack of updates and response in this company. Will never be using again. Do not use unless you want to wait for months and at that point you might as well use amazon or temu.

I ordered a necklace May 12,2024 and here it is June 12,2024 and I still haven't received it yet! I've emailed them and they said it shipped and gave me a tracking number, it says it's still in processing. I'm vert disappointed!

I waited almost a month for my package to finally arrive and once it did it arrived broken. The picture frame was completely broken in too and bottom corners I sent various emails about the problem and no one has gotten back to me about a possible refund.

I ordered this knowing it would be late, but when I called after realizing it was really late they said they were just sending it. It kind of sounded like they forgot. Also, I didn't realize it didn't come with any way to hang it up.

My experience is that a joke? Ordered an item for my mother-in-law and my mother for Mother's Day and here we are on June 12th and I still don't have my order so imagine my surprise seeing an email to review my experience on an order that I do not have. It appears that this company has been giving people run around for the past 2 years stating that they didn't expect the orders they received when you will get your order as soon as possible. As soon as possible but their website States a delivery expectation time and also not aware that it comes from China. After waiting about 4 weeks I received a shipping notification and my order just recently arrived to the US but I don't have any shipping information for the US to delivery. If you are ordering a year in advance for an event I would say go ahead and place your order but I can't speak to Quality or what I will receive because I haven't received it yet. Highly disappointed

Received my purchase broken. Gift was already going to be late though I made the purchase 2 weeks before mother's day. Have not heard from company, either reimbursement or a new gift, not broken.
