I paid and made an order a month ago. First shipping took 2 weeks longer than what I was told. I got an email saying my item was delivered. After emailing the company an getting a tracking number. My item is apparently in mainland China. Poor website and customer service.

I ordered a gift and paid for the faster shipping, but I had to reach out to them because it still hasn't arrived a month after it was supposed to. When I contacted them they didn't seem to know anything about my order, so I assume they just put in a new order that same day. I asked if they could pay for my faster shipping cost since it will actually arrive way later than the quoted "free shipping" time. They offered to pay for less than half of the shipping cost. Customer service has been terrible.
First of all, I had chosen Tiffany Blue flowers and the flowers ended up being a more darker shade of blue. It looked like somebody did a rush job because some flowers looked bigger and slightly squished. The butterflies didn't seem to be in the middle of the frame below the flowers so it looks like there's a slight blank/gap at the bottom of the frame.
I kind of hoped it would look more put together and have the color and design I had originally chosen but it didn't come out that way unfortunately. I was disappointed in the item's quality level, especially since it took a little longer and do therefore I knew I wouldn't receive it in time for Mother's Day.
The timing was misleading about when to expect the product. The bottom was broken but the pot was beautiful.
My order never arrived. Customer service, while mildly responsive never told me anything of substance…where my order is, when I will receive it, etc.

I ordered my item on May 9th, I received it June 17th, however I'm sure there were things going on there, so it is what it is, however when I received my item, it clearly wasn't made correctly at all. On the corners there are some sort of styrofoam pieces that are intended to stick onto the frame, which obviously never happens as the part that covers the sticky part was still on! It immediately came apart, however it seems like an easy fix, so it would be ok if the plastic "glass" wasn't also completely cracked through the middle! There was also overall very poor response time, very confusing language, and I would not recommend this website/service to anyone, family or friends.
The item was not sent sent until I emailed several days after ordering. The item is somewhat blurry and not as colorful as described.

I received item really late I paid for 3/4 shipping days on from May 7,2023 and didn't receive my package till June 15,2023@ 9am. To cover everything the item came in pieces. Frame was apart on the edges and the glass is cracked.
