I bought this Adventure Book as a gift for my wife on our one year anniversary. I noticed I got the delivery address wrong and reached out to them to fix it. They responded within a day and got it sorted out which I did not expect to happen at all, let alone so soon. The product is awesome and really high quality. We intend to make it a photo album and its perfect.
I ordered a product from them that was supposed to be a wedding present for my wife. The shipping option I chose was 9-12 days which would have arrived in PLENTY of time for my wedding.
The shipping took over a month. I had to contact the seller to see where it was and she said that the product was going to be delayed. She never contacted me to tell me, I had to contact her which is horrible customer service. If I would have known this, I would have found another business that could have gotten me my order on time.
She also never gave me a definitive timeline of what "delayed" meant.
I asked her how she was going to fix the issue and she avoided the question and said "it would be there as soon as they could get it to me" so she never fixed the problem or gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
Really love the final product look, but the hoodies run small. I ordered an XL for my husband and it fits like a tight large.

The ordering process was easy. After purchase I did not receive a confirmation email. I had to contact the company to make sure my purchase had gone through and when it could be expected to arrive. When I did get it in the mail, the word "grade" was broken in half and stuck to the board sideways. The words 'day of" was stuck to the board in another location side ways. There was no instructions on how to assemble the wooden pencils and ruler... I thought it was magnetic. Overall I am unhappy with this product. I am very artsy and can make things work regardless.

I placed an order on June 9th,express delivery. Should have been here within a week, two, top. They took my payment and never sent my product. After two weeks with absolutely zero communication I finally reached out. I asked where my order was as this was intended to be a gift for my wife firnour anniversary. It took them a week to finally respond. When they did the only explanation was that they were busy and would ship out as soon as possible but left me with no ETA. I went back and forth with this company for over a month and still have not received my order. They did not offer any solution or any way to make the situation better. All they told me was to be patient after paying more money for an expedited order that is now a month late and with nothing in site. I have reported this company to my bank as fraudulent and to the BBB as well. This is a shady company and I would tell anyone considering purchasing something from Rosefeels to take your business elsewhere and save yourself money and headaches. This company is trash!
So far it's been great. It did take some time but so worth the wait!
Said it would ship in time for Father's Day… it was about two and a half weeks before then… and just now being delivered in July
It took over 4 months to receive my order after paying for express shipping then they had me pay another $10 to ship it again after they sent it to the wrong address. Once I finally receive my order it was not even worth 10% of what I paid for it. Super disappointed.

My experience with Rosefeels has been absolutely terrible. I ordered something for my Dad a week before Fathers Day, and it still has not arrived over a month after I ordered. Slow customer service that can't even help. Would not recommended unless you like getting scammed.

Not only did shipping take a month despite me paying for expedited shipping, but the flowers on the print were incorrect even though accurate on the order summary.
Paid for expediting and it took weeks. The quality is very low.
I didn't realize this order was coming from outside the USA or I wouldn't have ordered it. I needed it by a specific date, and gave ample time for it to arrive. But it didn't. It sat somewhere in the US waiting for it's next delivery pick up. It arrived a week after I needed it.
I still haven't received my product. I tried to cancel my order weeks ago, and I wouldn't be able to get a full refund. Do your research, and read the reviews on other (neutral) sites. Hopefully, the product will be worth all of this, but I doubt it.
After one use, most of the letters and grill washed off. Very disappointing.
