I ordered a beautiful gift for mothers day. When she didn't receive it I contacted Rosefeels. They apologized and stated they lost the order somehow but would complete it and send asap. When a significant time lasped and still no order I again reached out to Rosefeels. They said the order had been delivered and sent me a tracking number. The tracking number was for some Estee Launder cream, not the beautiful personalized plaque I have purchased from Rosefeels. It also went to a locker not her home address. So again I contacted them with this information. They sent me the same WRONG tracking number again! I asked for a refund since they can't seem to get it together but they insisted it was delivered. There is no customer service number to call. Is this company from another country or something? Anyway, I guess I'm out $100.00 plus shipping and handling. Not mention a new gift for mom. Could be worse. This is why I don't purchase from these types of "specialty" shops. Shop at your own risk! I certainly won't again.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with ordering online. The product that was 9 weeks late in getting shipped and it was packaged extremely bad and the very reason for the product arriving at my home broken into pieces. When I contacted Lisa at Rosefeels, she was very sorry but would not refund me my money, as she was adamant that they could ship another product asap and insure that it would get to my home completely in tack. Not the case, it arrived as broken as the first one. I am now having to send this product back to China on my own dime, in order for them to give me a full refund. Bad overall as a company.
I was very pleased with my purchase, however the shipping needs to be addressed. I paid for expedited shipping & it still didn't arrive for 22 days. It was for a 75th birthday & everyone was long gone by the time she received it. That would be my only complaint.

I asked for a shipping refund with no luck. Once I had to email customer service requesting a refund I received my package within the business week.

Ordered the " made to order " Our Adventure book with wooden letters. Took about a month to so call create. Paid about $89.00 for said Adventure book and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like website image. What i got was a cheaply made book that looked like the one you can purchase from Amazon for $10.00. The paper was not the color I requested and the engraving did not look like the websites image either. It wasn't gold and fancy it looked like someone took a hand held image printer and scanned it to the book. I was totally disappointed in this purchase. I usually don't complain but this is a first of misrepresenting this badly.
