Easy to follow the website. The product was made of good quality products and I feel a fair value for the cost. Very pleased.

My order came several weeks after ordering and paying for priority shipping. I had to write to remind the vendor if my order. When it arrived 3+ weeks later, the framing was overly glued and not centered, paint smeared and the frame scratched beyond repair. I wrote the vendor with pictures offering them an opportunity to remake the product. They suggested I fix it myself.

This product doesn't look nearly as nice as advertised. Huge waste of money. They farm out the work overseas. It costs nothing to produce so you're paying up charge and overseas shipping in the end

My children went through a name change after one of my granddaughters passed away! Having everyone's new name was important to me and to them

Bought 2 rings. Within 24 hours they were missing gems. They were not even the correct rings.

My girlfriend likes the necklace. It was originally supposed to be a birthday gift. It took about a month to get the necklace via mail. Other than how long it took she's happy with it

The product received was damaged. Two pieces had fallen off. The quality was amateurish and only vaguely resembled what's displayed on the website. Oh yes, and it didn't even arrive in time for its intended occasion although I'd ordered weeks ahead of time.

So far they have not sent out the item. I have been in contact but it's been exactly one month today. I paid for the "VIP" package as well. This was a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. They said they would like another week which is coming up soon, but if I do not recieve something in that time frame I am going to ask for my money back.

I ordered an engraved pendant July 9th for my wife's birthday which was on the 14th of July. I paid for VIP service and had shipping estimated for 5-8 days. Well here we are August 9th, one whole month later and I still have not received what I ordered. I was given a tracking number and found out it came out of Wuhan China! I had assumed since the company is based in California it would come from California but I was wrong.

The clothes fit great and the one that didnt fit on me was gifted and it worked out well.

It is interesting that a gift company does not allow you to add a note or even include your name for the gift. I spent the additional money for expedited service for the package to sit on a desk for over week after the shipping notification was sent. The item that arrived did not look like the sample photo, much smaller and cheaper looking.

Not pleasant, but when the product arrived. I was pleased with what I received.

Placed order on July 7th with an estimated 7-12 day delivery and as of August 5th do not even have a tracking number. This company is a scam. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a picture for my mother's birthday when I got it the frame was broken and it appeared to be made from scrap wood. It was awful and not worth my money.

The item i received looked nothing like what was on the website. It was made very cheaply with no quality. I was very disappointed.
