My order was out of stock and I was not told until I inquired about why my order had never left processing. I was then told it was out of stock and it was canceled.
I'm still waiting on my order. My payment processed immediately, almost 3 months ago, however every time I checked on the status of my order, it wasn't even started. Now I'm receiving emails asking me to rate my experience, hope I'm enjoying my product. Nope. The product I ordered for my anniversary over two months ago has yet to even enter production. I don't have the product I was charged for. At this point, I don't recommend this site to anyone.
It was good! It took a little bit and made my anxiety spike a little bit but all in all a good experience.
Awaiting an answer and money back. Company is difficult to contact because contact form has a faulty captch function so would not send. It just erased the entire answers and started back at blank form. I filled that form in at least 8 times. Frustrating!

Shipping dates time is not what it seems. My item started is journey on 9/25 but didn't receive it until 10/10 even though I chose 5-7 day shipping. I ordered it well before I needed it but still arrived after my anniversary.
Disgusted with this company and i want a refund. I have written 4 or 5 emails letting them know and all i get is a confirmation that it was delivered, which it wasn't.
It took longer than I expected to receive my order. I did not know it was coming from China or I never would have ordered it. The necklace looked better in the ad. I was disappointed that the names engraved were so tiny. I couldn't read them even with bifocals.

It's been over a month now since I ordered my product and every time I ask where it's at and when it's coming all I get are bullsh*t answers. I'll truly be surprised if it ever comes!
My experience was absolutely horrific and I feel like this site is entirely a scam. I paid for expedited shipping and had to contact the company when 10 days after my order was placed the item had still not shipped. When I requested to cancel my order after I was sent an email pleading for my patience with their delays, they offered a 55% refund because I hadn't canceled in the first 48 hours (which, common sense shows, I would never have had the option to do because of course I assumed they actually ship my item quickly as promised). Though I said I wanted a full refund and a cancellation, they still shipped my item and what I received was a piece of crap with an "engraving" that looks like it was done by a 4-year-old—nothing like what was pictured on the website. The "engraving" on the back even had a typo, with the comma I added placed where an apostrophe would have been. I threw it out. Stay away!
I order this item over a month ago and u still have not received this item I was told it would be done and shipped 2-18 days. This is terrible I was told after 24 days by a customer service tech that it would be out on rush that was a week ago and still nothing has changed.

I was very dissatisfied with it. My kids ordered me this exact same thing for Mother's Day three years ago. I ordered them for my brother and sister. You cannot even read the writing on it. I am very embarrassed to give it to them not there.
