Ordered an Anniversary gift on October 2nd and was told 9-12 business days. I ordered the gift weeks before my Anniversary to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived on November 2nd. When I reached out (already 13 business days had passed), I got sorry it's taking so long and they forwarded me the tracking link. The package was still in China the day of my Anniversary. Even if it arrived in time my Anniversary was the 17th business day. No rush to get the package to me as promised, zero accountability for being late and it may as well have been a robot communicating with me, no customer service. Best part, still paid full price for my package to be delivered 22 business days later. Horrible experience.

Very unhappy with the quality of the picture for the price i paid. The Heading was unreadable. Have been trying to get a refund. Which only approved for about a third of what i paid. I have been waiting about a month for them to issue the discounted refund. Disappointed they wont stand behind their products satisfaction. I even agreed to the refund verses returning the item at my exspense.
