Late delivery, bad product

I ordered a body suit for Halloween. It was supposed to arrive the week before Halloween, but it didn't. When I reached out to customer service they said there was some problem. I asked to cancel the order since it wasn't going to make it by Halloween. They responded "It has shipped!" It arrived in Mid November. When I got the product, the color was very different than in the photo. The body suit was not stretchy and was probably two sizes smaller than the sizing chart indicated. The actual product did not have a size label on it, so it's possible it was in the wrong bag. Very unhappy.

Shipping Issue

I placed an order for 3 day expedited shipping for ~$25 The package didn't arrive for 11 business days. Rosefeels was kind enough to offer a $10 rebate, but it still feels bad to have paid a bunch of money when the free shipping tier would have arrived in the same time frame (9-12 business days)

The product was very cute! However, the image was cropped in a way that wasn't specified to happen, and one of the flowers was a shade off from the others. Other than that, it was a good gift and a good purchase experience.

The Jewelry I paid $80 for was absolutely beautiful but soo tiny. The time frame I was supposed to receive item was delayed by 3 weeks. But even though tiny the silver engraved heart brought a tear of joy to my loved one so thank you.

Arrived super late a broken.

Now understanding that ordering from here is straight from China, I can see why it was both late and broken. I did reach out and a few days later I received a response expediting the shipping even though I paid the extra for overnight... didn't make a lot of sense to me. Either way, the item was broken, and I don't even feel like dealing with it, knowing how long it is going to take, and the probability of it arriving broken again.
