I ordered an anniversary gift for my husband. It was a wooden piece with people sitting on top. The piece cost me 68$, it came in a week or more late and it was very cheap. The wood was thin and I had to piece it together when I got it. The pieces wouldn't even fit in right. My husband had to sand it down to get them to fit right. And the people that were supposed to sit on top literally sat on the top with no kind of way to keep them on there. They kept falling off so I had to glue them on there. Looks like something that came from the dollar tree. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Overall great shopping experience. Just took longer than expected for my order to arrive.

Horrible shipping experience. I paid extra money to get the item in time for my wedding anniversary and it was late by about 2 weeks. They did refund the money I paid extra to get it early. Once I finally did get the item I was happy with it and my wife loved it.

Was even more beautiful than I had anticipated my girlfriend and soulmate loved it very much couldn't have asked for more thank you

I read the comments and saw a few disappointed customers whose product didn't arrive on time, then I saw other satisfied customers who had a wonderful experience. My order was an anniversary gift placed on August 26, it is now September 27 and still nothing. An entire month came and gone.mind you my Anniversary was on September 17. Communication with the buyer was literally 24 hours delay a major frustration! To sum up my experience I would NOT recommend purchasing from this place.

I am disappointed in my experience with this company. I ordered a gift for my mom and it came damaged. The picture had black smudges all over it and on top of that the picture was off center. In addition it took over a month to arrive. Now they are just wanted to refund me a portion of my order instead of a full refund and in order to get a full refund, I have to mail it back to China to an unverified address. They offered a replacement but at the point in time, I don't want to wait another month to possibly have the same thing happen again.

Piece of wood showed up not fully painted with paint chips. Not high quality at all. Scared the paint contains lead

Shipping took a little longer than expected by 2 weeks. It was late for the anniversary but when it did arrive, it was nice

I recently purchased a product and when the item arrived, it unfortunately had a defect. I reached out to customer service and while I was initially disappointed with the product, they were quick to respond and offered me a 20% refund for the inconvenience. I appreciate their effort to make things right.

Though I wish the product had been in perfect condition, the customer service experience was smooth and professional. I hope the company takes this feedback to ensure future products are delivered as expected.

I STILL do not have the item I ordered over a month ago. It was a wedding present and the wedding was yesterday.

Site was easy to use and product was as stated however it took over 30 days to receive. I paid for express shipment and didnt receive a refund for that. There is nowhere on the website that states the product is made in China, it makes you think its a small US business.

The engraved writing is so faint you can hardly read it. I thought the figurines would be pewter and not plastic. A total rip off.

Picture arrived. Frame is not wood. Frame is falling apart. Picture holders (easel) is two of same cardboard pieces.

I am VERY disappointed. I would like money back.

This company is not reputable. You will not get your order during the timeframe they advertise. Prepare to wait months! If u try to cancel they will not give u a full refund.

The product was gorgeous and my mother in law loved. It was going to be a Christmas present but I couldn't wait!

I did not receive my order. I followed up with the company and they requested that I give them a few more days. It's now been another month and I still haven't received it and they have not responded yet to my additional inquiries.

They responded but kept asking for grace. I paid extra for faster shipping and almost a month later. It was shoved in mailbox.
One piece was not as I wanted.
