Ordered in November for Christmas and it still has not arrived. The tracking history just says " In transit, thanks for waiting." Needless to say I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Ordered a custom hoodie on11/26/14 and it said 3 to 5 days shipping and i still have not received my order
PRINT IS UNREADABLE, STAIN DID NOT STAIN ALL LETTERS, MAKES IT VERY HARD TO READ. WOULD LIKE TO SEND BACK FOR FULL REFUND.

Ordered a grandma's garden picture November 29. It's December 15.Have heard nothing from them. When ordering it said 5 to 7 days to be shipped. Can't call them because there's no phone number listed. Never got any information regarding shipping anyway to track shipping. Never got anything from them regarding my order at all.I have sent them an email and heard nothing. Beware when ordering.

Ordered end of November and never received order and status not working
Bought a necklace with the grandkids names engraved and birthstones for my wife. Ordered on the 4 of December and didn't get it till the day after Christmas. It is junk, the chain kinks the names are so small you can not see them. Very disappointing. I will never order anything from this place again. I feel so bad that I order this for my wife.

The personalized platters stamping/ink appeared to have bled/smudged. In addition the plastic platter could have come from a dollar store but they were charging over $50 for it.
Took a bit longer than the estimated shipping but came just in time and is beautiful!
It was easy to order the product and when I checked on the status, they rushed the order and made sure to let me know when it was on its way. My daughter got the necklace and loved it and she said it's holding up nicely. Thank you for delivering a quality product!
Well if I received what I ordered I guess I could answer but all I can say is I'm very disappointed. Ordered beginning of December I've asked and asked about when will I get my delivery and I'm still waiting. It's a Christmas present. I would never order from here again.

Ordered and received album in time for Christmas. The quality leather, which suited my "Willingers travels" engraving great, has plenty of quality paper pages to fill!
I'm disappointed I never received my order. I was asked to be patient and agreed but now over a month is just too much. I'm upset because customer service doesn't want to give me a full refund so I'm still working on that.
